@traildude07 blowback operation, the breech is not mechanically locked at the time of firing: the inertia of the bolt and recoil springs, relative to the weight of the 40mm round, delays opening of the breech until the round has left the barrel its basicly a cycle of operation for the Mk19 you fuckin pog
