Yellows don't have to die in the bulblax fight just throw it and when he's about to shoot out his tongue call the yellow back it will leave the bomb rock and emperor bulblax will actually hit himself in the face with his tongue which stuns him for longer and does more damage

You dont have to let the yellows get eaten by bulblax. You can stun him for a lot longer if you pull it off.

@onilink721 I managed to defeat Bulblax without losing a single Pikmin, and that's how you do it - throw a bomb yellow towards it, then when Bulby starts to open his mouth, whistle the Pikmin back. It'll drop the bomb then run away, and Bulby'll lap the bomb up, and kaboom - stunned. (Heh, sometimes my yellows actually panic and throw the bomb at Bulblax BEFORE he tries to eat them!)

@bowhuntergman Yeah, I think it says something about Smoky Progg being a malformed larval Mamuta - meaning, if it were allowed to continue growing in its egg naturally (i.e. blue Pikmin not bustin' that sucker open prematurely), it would probably go from being an anti-matter demon that's lethal to the touch, and instead become a peaceful, flower-loving gentle creature. You go, Pikmin warriors. I hope you're happy.

i find the pikmin 2 more kid friendly seeing in the second game you have unlimited time while in this game you only have 30 dyas. they should remake the first game so you have unlimited days.

yes on the wii its harder because the pikmin are slower thrown but you can throw them farter and whistle 5 times farther

I'm afraid I must politely disagree with you. The Pluckaphone is extremely annoying when you are trying to grow flower pikmin. I would try to just call the pikmin who brought the pellets and corpses to the Onion back to me, and I would end up uprooting the newly planted leaf pikmin. Besides, you can use both captains to quickly uproot the pikmin seeds anyway. In my opinion, they should not have made the Pluckaphone, or at the very least, they should have given you the ability to turn it on/off.

i agree with awesome7illustrator. because if you kill the beady long legs, you wait ten days, it won't come back, the mamuta always comes back, so if you think that is a boss you might as well put in the blue guy. + where is the mushroom dude? And you should have done the emperor bulblax at the end of part 2 AND you did the entire final trial, why? That isn't part of the boss! I'm just trying to make my points.

Actually, The Final Trial DID appear in Pikmin 2. It's in the Wistful Wild. If you observe where your ship lands in that area, you'll see that you land in where you fought the Emperor Bulbax from the first game.

when i watch walklthrough from japan, against emperor bulbax, they just take like 1-100 pikmin to him. They approach him with 1-15 and that's their strategy.

You can kill Emperor Bulblax with only 3 bomb rocks and a very large amount of red pikmin if you do it properly. There's no need for the yellows to die either, you can just call it back as soon as it's about to get eaten and it will leave the bomb on the ground and hopefully the Emperor will eat it and get stunned.

is it just me or those the enemies in pikmin 1 have ALOT more health than the ones in pikmin 2, btw nice boss guide i didnt know you could use c stick to make pikmin when the snageret gets his head stuck in the ground oh and a tip if you want to battle the emporer bulbax without lossing any pikmin just do the same thing with the bomb rocks except whistle so they drop it when the emporer bulblax sticks his tounge out much better idea than doing a kamakizie attack

no. the record is nine days as far as I know. I printed out the nine-day walkthrough from gamefaqs. I tried to do it in nine days, but it is extremely hard for me. I can't even get past day two the way the guide tells me to.

When there is spit dripping out of Emperor Bulbax`s mouth,then he`ll eat the Pikmin.

If there`s not,then he`ll attack instead.
