It's a real pity the cameraman did not zoom out. We have no idea of the perspective, so, no feel for distance or height and it's hard to get an idea of speed.

Actually, there are already automated window washing robots used in Asia. They're pretty cool, and vary in design. Some use suction cups, others used retractable winches & little rubber tank treads.
