They call them rescues here in las vegas. the fire department rarely transports patients unless there is a high "hero potential" example: babies, cardiac arrests, young females with large breasts. in other words, they pick and chose their patients. what you see in the video is a $300,000.00 toy. AMR las vegas transports over 90% of medical calls
