I think that the song itself is good, Meiko Kaji is fantastic, but it's also true that She sings beautiful and beautifully arranged songs.

Dare I say, one of the best things about Her songs, is the duets between the singing voice with the orchestra, which is evident in Casbah no Onna (listen to the string section trills) or Ingabana.
