This is the JP trailer. Bison/Balrog/Vega all switched names while transferring to America. Originally Dictator is Vega/Claw is Balrog/Boxer is Bison. It was changed due to fear that Mike Tyson would sue them for the extreme likeness Boxer (including the name) has towards him

So Capcom US Branch had to mix up the names so it doesn't become a problem.

Just go by the usual Boxer, Claw and Dictator shit and you'll be fine.

Back in the 90s when Street Fighter 2 was created in Japan the boxer was named M. Bison, the Spanish fighter was named Balrog and the final boss was named Vega. When it was shipped to the US the guys over in the States thought that having a boxer named M. Bison sounded to similar to Mike Tyson, so they switched the names around a bit, naming the boxer Balrog, the Spanish fighter Vega and the final boss M. Bison. That's why the US and Japanese names are different from each other.

Another reason that they did that was because Capcom of America thought that Vega was a weakling's name.

Personally I wish they had just changed Boxer's name to something else entirely. This switching of names makes it harder than it needs to be for Japanese and non-Japanese fans to talk about those characters without confusion. Because of this many fans will call them Boxer, Claw and Dictator to avoid confusion.

I was kind of hoping they use the same game play style in streetfighter vs snk. but a lil more enhanced. what i would really love is if they make another marvel vs capcom or make a street fighter game that resembles it. i know they got a lot of criticism for keeping SF 2d old school but i never liked those slow 3d fighting games. I'm not that excited about this one but I'll buy it. the specials look awsome, i hope its not slow

I was raised knowing the characters by their Western names. But if you think about it, the japanese names are more appropriate. A Balrog is a type of demon, and "claw" is certainly insane and demonic. Mike Bison is a parody of Mike Tyson who he superficially resembles. And the name Vega is perfect for the dictator, as it's threatening and mysterious at the same time. That said, I'm no rabid "japanophile", and I'm perfectly content using the switched names.

He's malicious and sadistic, but carries an air of sophistication (something Boxer and balrogs lack). And Vega is a Spanish surname. For me and Capcom USA, Vega just doesn't sound intimidating for Dictator like Bison does. It could kinda fit back in his SF2 look, but after his Alpha revamp (which carries into SF4 here), Vega just sounds "wimpy" for Dictator.
