if it displays Bootable UDF before you even load the boot file, then your Windows7 ISO is already bootable and is ready for burning.

first, mount it to any ISO program, if it says it's a bootable ISO you won't be needing the bootfile.

i did all these things but couldnt boot from the dvd, do i need the boot file in the win7 folder before i add it to ultraiso? i run it in virtualbox a couple of times too couldnt get it to work? can u help me

This was the perfect instructional video, i have been scouring the interwebs for this perfect video, everything else anyone else made was either is irrelevant to what i needed, which was to put an ISO onto a disc and make it bootable (wasted 3 discs in the attempt) or did not give links or appropriate information. If you're creating an AIO, yes but if you are going to create single editions you only need the 4GB DVD Blank. Check the properties of your set up files.

Correct, in fact as a general practice, especially on data CDs, we must burn at least no higher than 4x. Especially if you are not using high quality blank cd, it may have some portions w/c are bumpy and may produce jittery unreliable outputs.

THis is the full install disk of Windows 7. It is the one used as Repair Disk or you may be referring to Recovery Disk.

Or ...let's say my computer with Windows 7 has a huge problem and I have no choice than reinstalling Windows (puting the computer like it was when I bought it), is this disk (the one on the video) that I will need? Becuase I've seen videos where they make this disk from a program in the computer, without downloading anything.

It's called the Windows Recovery Disk. Branded PCs such as HP, Dell, IBM have installed programs on the system for users to create this Disk. This way you can restore your system in the "Out-of-the-Box" state. U don't need this Win 7 Install Disk since the Full Image of your system was backed up in a partition of your drive, this is where the manufacturer gets the source files for recovery. Always back up your important files before proceeding. I hope this helps you.

@ernansanga Many thanks for answering, indeed my computer is a Dell, so it should have the image of the system backed up in a partitiuon of the drive. Since I have another computer, it was an HP and all I had to do was to press F11 while rebooting and a program for restoring to the "out-of-the-box" state appeared.

if you use ultra iso premium  you can make an iso file of your OS

I opened up my windows7.iso file with magic iso, took it out and put it into a new folder named windows 7. Downloaded your bootpatck.bif and put it in a folder as you did. Now im installing all the installations files into a bootable dvd? Or im just beeing a total idiot and installing 3gb of useless stuff on my dvd/cd?

You did the exact thing, though you don't really need to place the boot file (.bif) in a folder along with the setup files. I only placed it there to easily browse for it when I need to load the bootfile during the process. See 1:30 and remember this tutorial is for ULTRAISO and I do not guarantee if this works on other ISO burning software.

You need to have the setup files (as shown in the vid). If these files/folders were stored in your pc, yes, you can do this.

This may be due to software/driver compatibility issue, you can dload & install Intel Matrix Storage Manager which is essential to UltraISO when burning DVD-R/RW media. But to save time, you can try using other ISO programs like Magic ISO or Daemon Tools.
