  • Hi @guluska,

I am sorry to hear that it's not working for you. It may be worth checking that you have the right NUC code for the handset. You can request it here campaigns.vodafone.co.uk/UnlockCodeRequestForm/.

Also, make sure you turn off all connections first.

    Thanks,

    Heidi

  • Hi, I brought a blackberry 9800 from ebay and when i go to put in the mep2 code it states "0" attempts, I have read on the internet that this is now hard locked to vodaphone, can someone let me know how to get this re-set so I can unlock the phone.

  • Hi @bucka666,

Unfortunately only the original owner of the phone can have it unlocked. If it's purchased already locked, you will have to contact the seller to help with this.

    Thanks,

    Heidi

  • Does any one know tthw code for IRELAND?

  • Hi @MRKINGHENRY7TH,

The NUC code will be the same as it relates to the IMEI of the handset. You can request the code here campaigns.vodafone.co.uk/UnlockCodeRequestForm/.

    Thanks,

    Heidi

  • @VODAFONEUK Its just a test page

  • Hi @MRKINGHENRY7TH,

Apologies, the page is here campaigns.vodafone.co.uk/UnlockCodeRequestForm/.

    Thanks,

    Heidi

  • @VODAFONEUK I live in Ireland not the Uk

  • I've got my code off you, but can't bring up the MEPD screen on my 8520.

    Please help.

  • Hi @aferg01,

Did you turn off all connections before following this? When you are in the SIM menu, try holding the shift key when typing MEPD.

    Thanks,

    Heidi

  • hello there how do i get this code is it free ?

  • Hi @copperbeast,

If you are on contract this is free of charge. On a PAYG phone it's a one off payment of £19.99. To get an unlocking code, visit our website under the 'support' section and search for NUC request. It will then bring up an online form to complete.

    Thanks,

    Heidi

  • Hi @RachelEaax,

Thanks for letting us know that you are having trouble getting past the mep2 screen. Could you please let me know which model BlackBerry you are trying to unlock and I will help you further?

    Thanks,
