Thank you so much! I am just getting started OAMC, and seeing videos like this really enhances the books on the subject. I can't wait to try those yummy rolls!
If you need to speed up yeast rising rolls, place the covered pan on the back area of the large televisions. The heat from these older model tvs do wonders for yeast rolls/cakes/bread. Also, my new drop-in oven (the old 1 original to the house quit some 10yrs ago & it took about 8yrs b4 we finally replaced it since I bake, broil, grill, & steam - I wok cook but no fatty meat grease frying. Ugh. The warming option on new stoves work well w/speeding up the rising process.

Block cheese is more crumbly once thawed. I usually use it for shredding or cubed for the kids to eat. I don't mind the crumbling.

Does block cheese freeze better then shredded?

So, is it ok to re-freeze thawed cooked chicken?
I'm 9mths pregnant and preparing meals for the freezer.
I will be preparing fresh chicken with marinade etc. cause i thought you couldnt refreeze meat after you've already frozen, thawed and cooked...

@Trinette75 I've never had a problem with it. Frozen, thawed, cooked, freeze. That's usually how I do it. :)

I buy the plastic containers at a local paper supply store. They are freezer, microwaveable and dishwasher safe.
