I directed this video with only love in my heart for SA. Keep the peace people, seriously! Most of you simply don't get this video, which I find rather sad. It portrays the beauty of our country and culture, yet provides safety tips from the local folk in CT for tourists visiting our disease/ crime-filled country; a fact no one can deny! I agree, SA is one of the world's friendliest countries, but it has its problems and tourists need to be warned to take necessary precautions. That's all.
I am sure, those of you who were here saw that this flippin' video is rubbish. Instead you were almost killed by the warmth and the kindness of African people. Media can really paint bad pictures about the place until you go and experience yourself.
America is painted in the media as thee best country. Honestly, it's not all that and shame personally I think their food sucks. America is exaggerated on the media. I rather be in Africa, than anywhere in the world.

Its very hard to enjoy yourself when youre constantly having to look over your shoulder. I would love to come to South Africa, but I would spend most time outside of the cities and go to National Parks and small wealthy towns.
I will be there for the world cup. Do you know the average cost of a hand gun and where is the best area to buy one? I am also in the market for a light weight bullet proof vest.
