  • Thanks man. That was very helpful

  • in arrowhead i dont have anyone in the small bar like u have (which ive only seen in missions made by BMI) im trying this in the map of Domination 2 East, :\

  • in arrowhead the movement modes are greyed out??? what do i do

  • Any chance of a vid showing how you managed to play the chopper like that mate? In editor i can make my squad but i cat get the pilot/ helicopter to work at all. Any help would be great thanks

  • @Welsh1970 If you're more specific i could help you ...

  • shame AI pilot is shocking

  • This video. IS. Helpful.

  • Wow is there NO way of landing an AI pilot than telling him to get out? usually when I do this they either bail out where they are or bail out a couple of feet from the ground, damaging the aircraft. There needs to be a specific 'Land' command that makes the guy stay in the vehicle and not bail out...

  • I have a rather difficult question. I have been searching over google but to no avail. When commanding an NPC squad, what is the role of fireteam leaders? I thought that if I issued a command such as "Move to" a distant place with a vehicle around, the fireteam leader of that section would command the men to enter a vehicle and go but they dont, the micromanaging is left to me. Any idea what they actually do?

  • @beragrond Fireteam leaders are usually of higher rank than the components of the sections, therefore being closer to 1 (the player). Using the Team Colour system you can place (for example) your two NCO's (Section commander/fireteam leader) as team red and team blue respectively.

You then go ahead with assigning the rest of your group team allocations (either red or blue in this case). Now that your 2 NCO's are ready all you need to do to select their sections is shift F2/F3 etc.

    Cheers!

  • the difference between assigning a target on the menu and clicking on a target is that clicking also orders the unit to engage, right?

  • Yes but how do you actually do what your doing???

  • so you tell the pilot to disembark and he lands?

  • i haev a laptop and it doesnt let me switch the commands it only makes me use teh 1st one

  • need ur help i cant get all the commands for my squad to come up i only get team, comm., move to, and the formations i cant get the others

  • @altar10495 When squad is selected use the keys 1-9 for even more commands.

  • @tories i did but nothing showed i found out i have to asign them teams

  • what did the dismount of the pilot do?

  • @asmorrey1 it made him land

  • Just what I needed, a masterclass!

Thank you so much for this and the accompanying guide. They've become invaluable to me.

  • I like how you had the helicopter use the mini guns provide fire a your squad advanced after the BMP was destroyed.

  • That whole video I was just waiting for the helicopter to get nailed by an RPG.

  • awesome dude

  • nice song: "target that apc at 14, target that apc at 14..."
