There is definitely a blind spot that the ones at the top have. Their attitude suggests that they are a bit naive and lack the empathy for middle/lower classs. You can say that it comes with the terriroy. Once people get ahead, they don't know when to stop. It's an addiction, like a drug that you need to take more of each time for satisfaction. Thats why they continue to gain more and more caring less and less about the consequences that there "fix" of money and power has on others
