  • Hi just saw your video and your closure looks great. i was hoping you could help me i brought virgin Brazilian remy curl from remyhairaffair but unfortunately they dont have closure for my hair i was wondering if you know the right closure for the hair i dont want to end up with the wrong one.

  • can you post some real pretty tight curled hairstyles because i wanna wear my hair in some type of tight curled hairstyle for prom

  • Your scalp is slightly lighter than complexions right ?

  • I have a closure from silk based closure and it didn't match my skin but all i did was use my mac press powder and i used a tapered tip eye shadow brush and brushed the color in the part and it looked great. I see too many ppl who bleach their closures and the scalp turns orange ewwww

  • i have a question ms lady what is the purpose of bleachin the knots?

  • @wcbarrolle For a more realistic scalp :)

  • are you in dallas???

  • @missliberia22 yes ma'am

  • @TawanaNicole the actual lace isnt black or brown, its just simply a darker shade than my scalp :)

  • if you are dying the closure say a #4 chocolate brown, do you still need to bleach the knots?

  • @beethatonehun yup dye your hair first tho, bleaching helps w/ your part :)

  • Im so glad i came across your video!!! i bought a closure from another company a few months ago and the silk is waaaay of what can i do with it???? PLZ HELP

  • @GambianBeauty101 dye it with rit dye, I think if you search "how to dye a silk closure" you should be able to find a few videos

  • One more question pls, how do you dye your lace? Or do u not need to since u used the stocking underneath?

  • @PrettyBrwnDiva nope, I've never needed to bc of the stocking :)

  • Hey lady, great video. Question, with a lace closure can you part it anywhere as with a silk closure?

  • @PrettyBrwnDiva you sure can

  • I want one so ( A closure) but i am afraid it will look (wiggy)like a wig your hair is fab.org lol

  • im a little confused on why the closure should be the same as yur complexion...im brown but my scalp is light. so should i still have it colored or no? sorry if this sounds like a dumb question :/

  • @Morggie0714 its not a dumb question at all, you want a realistic part so it should blend with the color of your natural part

  • @LadyBlendMUA so i wouldnt necessarily have to dye the closure then....

  • @Morggie0714 it depends on your scalp color and the color of the closure

  • Keep up the good work girl.faaack the haterrrz

  • @toriey228 hahah thanks boo :)

  • whats the difference between a closure and a frontal?

  • LisaAdele2008 stfu the part of that closer was lighter then her ppl get on my damn nerves...how about u go find a life

  • @jasminelw1988 lol thank you!

  • Chanel this is a great video. It certainly helped me. I was skeptical about closures bc I've seen too many done the wrong way, but I'm so glad you're giving us this helpful information. Continue to produce great videos, and we'll keep watching!!!

  • @ambellasmit2009 thanks boo :)

  • can you do a vid about bleaching... why bleach the knots?

  • @TheToristeve it helps with a realistic part and if you search bleaching knots, you'll find a TON of wonderful videos

  • Just delete my comments I wanted to just address how I felt right away not trying to start anything; but you are right continue to let the light of God shine through now and forever! Well said but you are no where near light skin! And you should own that!

  • @LisaAdele2008 Considering the scale of complexions that make up the "black race" she is of a lighter complexion. She didn't make a blanket statement denouncing her race, she just explained why she chose the scalp color based on the choices available. Who are you to define her? Spend less time searching for the demons in others & work on your own. Clearly you are the one with the color issues. Opinions are subjective and I'm sure her opinion of herself far outweigh yours. Have a great day!

  • @prettyynikki THANK YOU! I was going crazy last night trying to see exactly how she felt I did anything wrong. smh

  • You are right this is not that serious! I just can't believe you think you are light skin; and with you mentioning it in every response further shows me you are self loathing you are black nothing light about you! But you know what you can't help it you are American and have been trained to self hate! But your hair looks good! I won't bother you again! God bless!

  • I don't want to fight at all but again you are stating that you are of a lighter complexion! Just wondering again if you think you are light skin? Someone who is supposed to be embracing and promoting beauty and a positive self image you should be careful! I took it as being very self loathing! Women who may have self image issues may say "see I knew it, I am not beautiful! I was almost offended but my self image is intact! Of course the company doesn't know what you look like but the emphas

  • @LisaAdele2008 Adults can debate, it's healthy and this will not turn into a fight bc it's honestly not that serious. By me stating I am of a lighter complexion I'm stating a fact hun. I also stated "my beautiful brown beauties" or something of that magnitude. I never once said that being light is pretty or better or anything, that thought never crossed my mind. I still don't see how me stating what I am is self loathing, I don't understand that at all. And the closure doesn't match lol it just

  • @LisaAdele2008 doesn't I'm sorry that your feelings about skin tones made you react a certain way... but I honestly meant no harm. If I bought a foundation and it didn't match and I said hey this is too dark for my skin complexion would that be self loathing to? I think you calling me self loathing is rude and disrespectful and before you call someone else that in the future you should first look at the bigger picture. God Bless!

  • The rest of my comments didn't post but I can't retype it! But god bless!

  • I am sorry but do you consider yourself light skin? Just asking! You American black's are so self loathing! No wonder you wear weaves! I "loved" your channel and products until this video! After seeing your reaction of disgust for almost being accused of being dark skin I will no longer support you or jadore hair! I feel sorry for you girl! I understand as a consumer you want the service or product you paid for, but your reaction makes me almost want to cry! Because I know I can see it in you

  • @LisaAdele2008 What exactly are you talking about? I'm confused, lol hunni black is beautiful in all shades boo and I've never said other wise... I'm not sure what thoughts you've gathered from my videom but rest assured I dont consider myself anything but Chanel Diane whom happens to be a child of God. My skin complexion doesn't define me, but I am what I am and I'm of a lighter skin tone. I'm really lost by your comment hun.

  • @LisaAdele2008 And boo I never was accused of being dark skin lol I stated the scalp didn't match my skin complexion and it doesn't. The company didn't know what I looked like so they had no clue the silk closure wouldnt match me. I do hope that you re watch the video and realize I didn't show "disgust bc of my skin tone" I was disappointed that I couldn't wear the closure bc it was a match. You're honestly taking things the wrong way hun.

  • i dyed mines

  • @nicole2larae1991 most people do, did you use rit dye

  • Great video!

  • @prettygyrl83 thanks boo!

  • I love their closures. Sorry it didnt match for you:( They hold up really well. You either love silk or hate it and love lace or hate it. I hate lace LOL! My stylist is a beast so my closures always come out on point. Thanks for the video.

  • @kswafer This is so true lol but I don't hate silk closures, I'll have to clear that up. I just didn't like the color of the silk

  • I saw a video that show how to dye it rit dye.

  • @chidivanatl Yup Yup you can dye it with rit dye, I think I'll do a tut for that too and compare lace and silk again, I may end up falling in love with silk closures

  • it seems like other than the color the silk closure was better...less work

  • @CrystalAmaryllis It's really just personal preference, I'm use to lace closures an have perfected that. And the color of the silk makes all the difference it's a lot harder to dye the silk than it is to bleach your knots
