It's hard to tell without seeing, but make sure you don't drop your head, and keep your arms out for balance. Try to practicing spraying for longer distances before lifting up your leg. Slowly lift up your leg as you get better. Arms are key to learning balance.

im having trouble actually turnin the blades of my skates
everytime i go to turn my skates to stop, i always seem to lose balance :(
same with the 2 footed stop
have you got any advice ?

You have to shift your hips dude. Don't drop your body or head. Lead with your arms.

im sort of having trouble with lifting my back leg up the skates are really hard to lift and then i lose my balance . have u got any tips

It's easy if you have a freakin' rink in your back yard to practice on. If you're an adult just learning, it isn't that easy!
