Sadly fasting for weight loss is stupid. Fast to cleanse your body and if your religious for prayer. You want to lose weight change your diet and get 30m of cardio daily.
Also take note not all the weight you lose is fat but also muscle and you will gain some weight back after the diet regardless.
I just quickly switched from your Day one and this video and even just by looking at your face you can see the difference! I am on day 5 and this just shows me why I'm keeping with it! I'm super excited to see how my eating habits change after this, it really shows you how much dicipline anyone can have when it really comes down to it!
Courtney, I was so encouraged when I watched this series... I can REALLY see a difference from day 1 to 10! I saw that on your day 6 you looked thinner and at the same time you appeared more serene and calm (perhaps tired?). After day 7 it appeared that you got your energy back (discounting the makeup, you did really look better). I too am in the lemonade diet (end of day 5 for me today), and watching videos like yours keep me going! I love your personality, you are very spontaneous and fun! :)

You got coconut oil wrong.... its a MCT, take fish oil and ditch the coconut oil. if you want to keep your body-fat low, don't eat fruit (fructose) or wheat. Learn to live off fats and protein. your body can convert protein to glycogen in the liver so there's your carbs. also just remember.... you can go about a month without food so if you think you're hungry.... you're not!
I read on the internet, to stay healthy and fit, you eat good home cooked meal, and work out. not stop eating. - but i dunno if thats true. but it sounds like a good plan :P xox
Broth is NOTHING but salt... so chances are it's from the salt of the broth. You drop tons of weight just from cutting salt/sodium as low as you can & increasing your protein as high as you can :)
I have a question. Did your stomach ever start to hurt badly.? Because my stomach as it is, hurts bad alot, and if i go onto this diet, i dont want it to hurt like alot more.

dont go more than 4 hours without eating. your blood sugar really starts to drop and you will have a low energy level and become fatigued.

if you get chicken noodle soup make sure you get low sodium. it will help in not gaining the weight back very fast.
