@krosfyah The Stealth2 is capable of flaring down to speed around 10 to 15 mph after breakoff.

Yea..though do realise its just flaring (like swooping a canopy).

I think the lowest sustainable fallrate on (any) of the current model wingsuits is probably around 34 mph or so.
