This doesn't prove anything. Everyone knew bin laden hated America at this time. He had already bombed U.S. embassies and in 1998 called for all americans and jews to be killed. Hell, this broadcast was only a few months after the uss cole bombings which Al Qaeda took credit for. Alex probably saw this as an opportunity to make a vague prediction of terrorism, just in case something did happen. It's actually pretty sick when you think about it.
