  • I agree with mkopp88 wheres the violation, the one and only patient in the video you cant identify who it is, you cant see there face and i didnt see there name so it looks like theres no violation to me, I think you just wanna bitch.

  • These surgical procedures performed by KBR medics and the (100) drugs that they are dispensing are not permitted by any State in the U.S. under the Scope of Practices for paramedics. This is a U.S. contract, performed on U.S. military installations and subject to all U.S. laws. I believe these activities represent gross malpractice. In September 2009 I contacted the President of KBR, Mr. William Utt, to inform him that non-licensed individuals were performing advanced clinical care.

  • In September 2009 I contacted the President of KBR, Mr. William Utt and the KBR Director of Code of Business Conduct to inform them that I believe this video violates patient confidentiality. Right now... this video has been viewed 7,448 times and I believe it represents 7,448 HIPAA violations. KBR Supervisors pictured in the video apparently sanctioned this KBR medic to film at will exposed patients. I am told that KBR is still investigating my concerns.

  • @KBRmedic where was the hipaa violations and if the medics have a dod contract they go off amed standards.
