When I did this it actually lowered the alchemy on my apparel. Then it'd raise it, then it'd lower it.

@RyeiTV There's one in the Arch-Mage's quarters in The College of Winterhold. You'll have to steal it, though...

@jokis1995 thats cool, the 21% per item is relative to my lesser enchantment skill, so with this and your 100 enchantment you can level up your alchemy even further which can only be a good thing

@xXaceliteXx Hi, I think its only potions that allow fortify enchantment - so you want to use this guide to get a decent alchemy set in order to make a good fortify enchantment potion.
