  • alien300ful

    th'yre kings

but gigabyte have best price/performance ratio

  • albert come back!

  • @tehrealkamikaziii

    it's the p7p55d deluxe ;)

  • well not really, but if you think about it... 60 bucks is alot to pay for some noob overclocking tools, however i really like the Stack cool 3 and heatpipe mosfet cooler

  • ASUS are leaders in motherboards...and will always be

  • @alien3000ful i dont like asus mainboards. hate there bios XD i prefer MSI ore Gigabyte.

  • @alien3000ful TRUE THAT! I have a P5KPL-AM EPU mobo, and i love it. its not the best, but it overclockes, and stuffs. yeah. ASUS ROX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Nice that he doesn't call Coaxial S/PDIF analog anymore

  • the title fails

  • Probably gettting paid by Asus, get us the consumers to buy it

  • Computertv PLEASE change your video equipment, you guys have got the worst friggin' HD video I've ever seen in my life. I really love you channel so it would be awesome if you guys could work on that.

  • Agreed

  • deul channel!

  • 9.1!!!!!!!!!!1111!!!!11111

  • You all made a big error, English is spelled with a capital E!

  • You can be a capital E!!

  • Please fix your sound issues.

  • more more

    great review

    grtzzz

  • alber... learn how to use mic... i alway have to incrase volume when wathing your videos!!!!

  • I just increased volume and saw ur comment (Y) :D

  • It's fine for me, learn how to use the english language :))

  • jaime rich vining.

and dual gigabit lan is for teaming, failover, backup

  • he said pp5 in the beginning he should of said P55

  • lol... and you SHOULD HAVE said that instead of SHOULD OF

  • I think he said should've and that's english

  • George241312 said that?

  • 3-way SLI/Crossfire is completely unnecessary on this board. X8, X4, X4? You'll be using two of the graphics cards at half the potential...

  • not true, check out hardware cannucks, they did a test like a year ago that determained that x16, x16 and x16, x8 was exactely the same, and x4, x4, x4 in tripple sli made on average a 10 fps difference, so its not a 50% difference its very small. if your going to go tripple sli, then yes I agree this is not the best board, but the electronic speed of the 3 lanes is not a big reason.

  • Alright, I was estimating on the fact that PCI-express X8 2.0 handles roughly a 4870 or GTX 285 on it's own but a faster card like a GTX 295 would be faster than the bandwidth would allow. Maybe you could inform Cotton926 that dual gigabit lan isn't faster than single gigabit lan. That's also based on bandwidth, not speed. Even for LAN you don't exceed 1 gigabit of data transfer

  • 9.1 audio?

  • what is point of dual LAN

  • you can plug in a router and a modem or two routers or whatever. I've only done that once, it really isn't all that useful.

  • Dual gigabit lan is faster. than single lan

  • dual gigabit lan is faster then single lan

  • like i care

hell my home network is G Wireless

    and 10/100 base

why i don't give rats ass about N wireless

cause my notebook only has G

and the other computers on my network

are 10/100 Base all single LAN

there no Point in Having dual

    is so stupid

  • wtf ignorent faggot. dont try to be a smart ass fucken idiot. no point in dual lang... hah go suck a donkeys cock.

  • dual gigabit lan i think its like 1 for gaming n stuff and u can use the 2nd one for downloading n stuff thats wat i heard idk if its true

  • Zillerz3

    i don't think it matter

what ever your internet speed is

if you got 1MB service then everything goign be slow . now if you have 5mbps and higer

lilke Cabel then downloads would be faster

But i know a lot Cabel Modems don;t have Gigibit so i don't see how Anything Gigibit would work even dual LAN

i point less to me and a gamaer i know

  • well i got a B/G wireless im pretty pissed. 54mbps is too slow for me i need one of those 300mbps ones =) plus they cost only around 30 - 40$ im not that poor do u know if N wireless cards support G 54mbps routers?

  • my notebook only B and G wirelss

so i got Linkis G Wireless Lan 54Mbps

and also 10/100 Wired . i know my Wireless card in my wirless card will not Support N

but my Cable outputs 10/100 so my it will not matter cause i will not see 300mbps

  • Oh yea!! I'm buying this baby in like 2 years when the price is down to something that I can afford!

  • in 2 years it will be shit!

  • 2 years ago my GTS 250(9800GTX) cost around 600$ now i got it for 100$ and it still owns any game now!

  • yeah it will still work but this time in 2 years there will be a motherboard with better technology and will be better, the p55 will still be a good high end board,

instead of saving for a specific board, or a specfic card or cpu, just save up the money to buy a high end board or cpu and when you saved $200 you can buy the current "high end" product

  • Quick correction: The PCI-E x16, when fully populated, run at x8, x8, and x4. The extra x4 is from the onboard chip, the main 16 are from the CPU. It's a big difference when doing, say dual-SLI with dedicated PhysX, since x4 can actually limit bandwidth whereas at this time x8 does not.

  • Duel channel?

  • There is only four dims, that why. Not six.

  • I think many games are not 64-bit, so having RAM more than 4GB is no use

  • it has nothing to do with that. ram only lets you do more for multitasking. the more ram you have the more programs can be operated at the same time without slowdown. so it can be usefull at times.

  • on x64 os it makes a difference to 4gb

  • =O awesome

  • i prefer DFI when it comes to P55 :\
