Size does not matter! If the horses head aint right then I wouldn't put a child on it! but this horse seems tp be well educated and quiet. I have a 5 year old son and also very young neices and nephews and all of them jump on board my 15.2hh QH.
size does matter. you a proper fitting horse improves your leg position. because a horse too wide will make it harder for your heels to go down. and it will be harder to control a horse that's too big. and the proper fitting saddle for the horse, would be WAY too large for the girl. think of it like a bike, you need a proper fitting bike in order to a) reach the peddles and b) steer it
I think that she would look like she could ride.. if she was on a smaller horse. It just looks like she can't get the posting trot when she is on a big, tall horse like that. But its ok.
people, this horse is NOT to big, i learned to w/t/c on a 17.1 hand oldenburg who was bouncy as could be and when i rode a smaller smoother horse it was no big deal because i learned to get my seat on a tall bouncy horse.
If you are a rider i bet you wasnt good at riding straight aay it took me a fucking while i know she only young give her a break mate and why are people so nasty theese days x
ok I have watched quite a lot of little girls and boys riding lessons but in all or them the horse is way to big espeically for a little kid what if i decided to eat
@BallPythoned so if a little girl or boy loves horses they should't be allowed to show. I used to babysit a 3 year old and for 3 she was an amazing rider. she loved to trot and absolutely LOVED to show and show off her pony! I believe any age should be able to shoe. It's an amazing thing to see a young kid's love for horses.

Cute! Horse is way too big for her though, as she can't really aid the horse properly. Nice though.
