No way they could sell it in this market, so...
Bet they had it insured for 3 times what it was worth a few days ago.

0:38 That's me and my kids. We used to stay there...so grateful we weren't there...it's a total loss. I know many people there who have lost everything and it could have been prevented. Extreme negligence on the hotels part...So sad....
