why do you have to be one of the first to own a gaming system? Why not just get it when it's cheaper. Why you need to buy it when it's most expensive and newest? I always buy games a few months after their release because they cheaper then. I don't understand the point of buying them as soon as they come out and paying more money.

I understand and I would agree with you, however the reason people do it is because when you buy something that is just coming out, it will last you longer, if you wait until the price drop it usually means a newer system is going to replace the old one, the 3DS dropped after a few months, that makes me think that they are probably making a better replacement and just jack up the price again....I was there, I've done this before, you just get a thrill out of it idk why
