@bruninham1997 he does die, but he takes over another body, A guy named Sam Lucas. Although he is Jim inside, he is Sam Lucas on the outside.

@bruninham1997 well, uh maybe if you watched the seasons in order you might understand. Jim died and didn't cross over. Sam died and his spirit crossed over, so Jim stepped in and Sam's body was revived. Sam and Melinda fell inlove again (keeping in mind that it was Jim's spirit not Sam's) and Jim remembered everything and his life before the accident with Melinda.blah blah blah, Aiden was born.. & btw; the reason you can see Jim's face and not Sam's is so people like you don't get confused.
