Sheez - You would think that some of the people making comments here could have at least looked at the date the video was made! How stupid do you have to be to criticize a video for not using a product that wasn't even on the market when the video was shot. This simulator has been updated and really give the feel of being in the cockpit of a car minus the idiocy of being strapped into a tiny seat. This has been made to use any wheel and although I think it is expensive it can use any wheel.

@Eightplex How simple is it to just put sony surround sound speakers around you and electric motors that work with the FF system of the wheel used under your seat and just put stainless steel metal plates around the damn thing and all of it just for a cost of a Logitech g27 (which i have :) ). although I know how to build it i just havent got the time and reason to build it because I already have a real Lan evo 6 for trackdays. Just follow what i just said and buid your dream cockpit. :D

@dacarfreak2000 How hard is it? Must be harder than everyone thinks. Making a cockpit is easy - but I want a simulator!  I really would like someone to build me a machine for around $1,200 that would do my needs. I guess you get what you pay for -- Sony Surround? -- the Logitech surround is much better. I could care less about hydraulics. I'll let my kids spin me in a chair. I like the idea of the shakers telling me when my wheels spin out.

Im planning right now to make a full car cockpit with a chassis of a Lancer and dashboard and interior with homemade buttshakers. also a logitech G27 with a bigger racing wheel ( momo probably ) and suspended mounted pedals. But for now Im just going for better Lap times at the Track with my real Evo 6
