There is no such thing I think--they made it up to highlight Jack Donaghy's confusion (because we the audience are also confused, while the two dils he's interviewing with are snickering at him for not knowing how to turn it on--tee hee!). Love that he also tries to get revenge on the girl for calling him "Men's Wearhouse," by calling her "Cher." A rare moment when Jack Donaghy is on the wrong foot.
