@SuperOZD There is no 'right' height! Just focus on what you can control (your skills)... and don't worry about the things you can't control (your height).
@SuperOZD practice hard, cant dunk on 10ft go for a slightly shorter rim and work your way up.. if you consistently practice dunking and look after your body, when you are older you will be dunking easily, no matter what your height is.
You don't need to be able to dunk to be considered a good bball player right? and i love your programs im about to get the on court strength training and agility program because you don't make ridiculous claims of making us jump 14 inches higher or something like that

@solesincere The CHD program is a full 10 week strength/plyo program... it has some of this stuff... but they are not the exact same. This video only shows the jumping portion of a full workout....
