  • @SemperFi2153 There is no 'correct' answer to that... it varies on the player, time of year, etc.

    Im 12 years old and im 1m 57 cm tall so can i dunk if i practice really hard???

    Kid ofcorse you can't dunk, you are to short... Wait until you get bigger ;)

  • @SuperOZD practice hard, cant dunk on 10ft go for a slightly shorter rim and work your way up.. if you consistently practice dunking and look after your body, when you are older you will be dunking easily, no matter what your height is.

  • @EckoisZero You can get those stackable plyo boxes at Perform Better dot com. They are 12", 18", and 24" inches (so all 3 stacked = 54")...

  • You don't need to be able to dunk to be considered a good bball player right? and i love your programs im about to get the on court strength training and agility program because you don't make ridiculous claims of making us jump 14 inches higher or something like that

  • To be honest I would say yeah, but most people can do what there doing but it doesn't mean they can dunk, I can do everything there doing I can't dunk.

  • @BaLLeRAl05 The 3 stackable boxes are 12", 18", and 24" - so we can make any combo using those 3 (all 3 stacked is 54").

  • Ive been doing the CHD exercises that you shared with us on the episodes (season 1) .. will doing them get me faster/quicker cuz it improves leg strength ?

  • @solesincere The CHD program is a full 10 week strength/plyo program... it has some of this stuff... but they are not the exact same. This video only shows the jumping portion of a full workout....
