The kid is fucking awesome in this movie. I saw this movie for the first time when I was like 13 and I thought he was supposed to be the devil or something, also with that monkey when you first see him. I've always seen monkeys as mischievous people and that kid was charming and so harsh.
you can download the whole movie part by part. it's three parts on youtube. but the thing is what's the point in this movie. why does it deserve the oscar? it must be telling more than we got (?). or is it just about unluckiness?
