You may have not known, I'm still 15 and I love this cartoon. I love it so much that I know the its timeslot and its somewhere in 2:30 AM to 3:30 AM (with other old shows like Angry Beavers, Real Monsters, [no Doug -.-] etc.) in our country. Modern Life is my favorite cartoon and the first cartoon I've ever seen. I still love my memory from the late 90's when I was still little. Today, the second best thing near it is Fairly Oddparents. It is still quite good anyway, but I guess Rocko is best4me
