Yea, On most Basil cleric skill build holy arrow usually results on having 1sp in it which is the spare after you've maxed everything else.

the only reason you would max HA would be if you're a solo cleric. if you do a normal build, maxing holy arrow wouldnt benefit you in anyway. thats just my opinion.

I don't play Maplestory let alone on this guy anymore and Holy Arrow is completely useless, but I'm not going to tell you how to play the game, you can do what ever you please, but honestly how is Holy Arrow going to benefit at all when you're a higher level? @CrazyNoLifingGames Well I'll just tell you the way I got to 70, I started off at level 44 when Big Bang arrived, basically level 44-65ish was all on Undead Scarecrows which are just above Rotting Skeletons, than in the high 60's I would occasionally train on Twisted Jesters, but Undead Scarecrows is your best bet for now and for a while.
