  • @MasterMetallicaCover Yeah tahts so funny, Rob ha sto teach the rest of metallica how to play their own song! Classic! Rob learns songs really fast, considerng how many tallica songs he has to learn when joining its quite amazing!

  • @Curtiskryptonite21 indeed xD

  • did it really take this many people and "research" to figure out that it is from the Wizard of Oz???? You guys must be from another planet!

  • Well after reserch its sposedly something of Wizard of Oz. Monkey chant or something. Not sure if that has anything do to with Vikings but i never watched that movie

  • @elcosto Its taken from a negative aspect of corporate america, you know, fat cats. The chant goes "all we own, we ooo-own" The Justice album is about government related issues. Blackened is about nuclear weapon relations, and justice for all is about corruption and weakness in the justice system, One is about pointless war and soldiers suffering (vietnam and such).. the album is a masterpiece, including on the lyrical side!

  • Agreed on the masterpiece. My favourite album of all ^_^

  • @elcosto Yep! If you read the lyrics of the song and justice for all, and try to thing about it in a "deep" way, you see the true genius of James Hetfield, because its utterly amazing how well it is written and put together! :) Yes, horns up for Metallica!!! \m/

  • @niggasjit ...No, It's not. It's from The Wizard of Oz.

  • @campoobutt No it isnt stupid blubber-butt! It predates wizard of Oz. by MANY years. Sheezh.. kids nowadays, thinks everything got made up almost here and now.

  • @niggasjit

Firstly, I'm far from a "kid"

Secondly, Wizard of Oz was made in the 1930's. How could the 30's be considered "almost here and now"?

  • @campoobutt Well yes, the melody itself maybe! I`m talking about the "All we own, we own" lyrical part, of which metallicas meaning was put into a context of big corporate fat cats. This is what the justice album is about. Corruption, government, big money.. all this.

Metallicas meaning was never anything wizard of oz, it just so happens that the melody-line itself is from this. Everything else is not related to this, not even the meaning of the intro to the song.

  • then again. never trust the internet

  • It's not Vikings or KKK, you such ignorants!!! It's a riff from the Wizard of Oz, the whitch army song!!!

  • @Masterofathletics what the fuck ever

  • Thee best metallica song, my personal fav!!!!!!!!!!

the solo, then the riff after sooo, prob the best metallica EVER, at least one of the best

  • the crowd didn't do a "bad" job of singing did they lol !

  • 1:44 HHAHHAHAHAAHH

  • Lars shines on this

  • i dont know when but metallica used the name the frayed endz when they played some small concert

  • they shud do all songs live some time not att the same consert but you know what i mean

  • tremenda canción, ojala la tocaran entera. Saludos jOse

  • frayed ends the best song ever!

  • sounds good. thet definitely gotta play the whole thing live. that algong with "The Shortest Straw" and "Escape". what do ya think?

  • and dyers eve and trapped under ice, too

  • hell fuckin yea

  • the have played shortest straw but still havent played escape

  • that´s cause James swore never to play escape live

  • yep he did....he swore to never play Escape, Through the Never, and Don't Tread On Me live

  • When james swear he wud never play escape, dont tread on me and through the never?

  • PLayboy magazine Hetfield stated: "There are some songs on there I don't like. 'Don't Tread on Me', probably not one of my favorite songs musically."....he also said Through the Never is "wacky"...and with Escape i forgot what he said

  • they played through the never in san diego 92

  • they play through the never a hundred times live!!!! its on live shit binge in purge lol. but this song never been played REAL live.

  • but then again....they also swore not to play And Justice for All live ever again...but come May 16th 2008, which was my first Metallcia concert...BOOM...we get the entire And Justice for All

  • they play And Justice For All on live shit binge and purge, in seattle aswell =)

  • one of their most underrated songs
