hey, to make the laptop play music when u shut the lid u need a app called "insominax" and when you close the lid with that app running nothing will happen to the music

@djwreckdown or you just go to settings and tell it "when i close my lid i want my computer to" then you click on teh drop down box "nothing" LOL. but thats p.c

you run the exact same set up as i do , dont worry about the mac getting closed . its never happened to me

Hey John... was working in Melbourne for a while myself... HAd a residence at Spearmint Rhino on King St, for about 2 years... but mainly mobile stuff... mate the best thing about sub-contracting is you dont have to stress about managing clients, I really hate that part of owing your own DJ buisness... Especially weddings. As you know every wedding thinks theirs is your first and only wedding gig... gets a little annoying after a few years! Anyway, good luck with the future.

Nice Lightshow, nice Gig and a niccceeee MAC, love the Lighting Keyboard. Make sure, nobody takes it off you.

A good way to secure it a bit is a Kensington Lock. You can set it into the little hohle on the CD Slot Side and you can attach the other Side maybe on the Flightcase.

Of course, it can be broken with a sidecutter, but it saves it a bit.
