First time seeing the Ultra & winpose without the claw (Fei Long). The yodel seems weird, but SF2 had it-

Few questions about Vega:
1. Does whether or not he has his mask affect anything?
2. Are his Ultra Combos affected by whether or not he has his claw?
3. His "Warrior Within cosplay" costume appears to have no mask. Can he still drop and recover an invisible mask?
4. Yodeling? What the hell?

2. no, he can execute his ultras without his claw.
3. That mod has no rendered mask when it is worn. It is hardcoded in the game that he has a mask. Yes, the mask "exists" and it can be dropped and it does affect his health. The mask is clearly seen as his default mask when dropped.
