  • They hate being filmed because that way they cant be abusive pricks

  • Dont cord me. DONT FUCKIN CORD ME BITCH! hes fuckin cord me

  • they don't like to be film because it can be used against them

  • @steigerchris50 and also posted on youtube by fuckwits who " hate " the police and call it " police brutality "

A difficult job , done under difficult circumstances without all the youtube vilagnties out to prove " police burtality " /...

  • @HangMartinBryant i have to agree with you on that

  • Meanwhile in nsw 13 year olds are having beers with the police.....

  • some of the dumb shit you people put on youtube baffles the mind

  • /watch?v=1ifWjpcqjBM

For those who dont know the laws..

  • hahahahahahahahahha lmaooooo what photooo u stupid lmaoooooo thats funny lol......

  • ummm usualy (it is for NSW) any person can record a police officer in his or her duties in a public place with out hinderence, if the police officer trys to delete the video or take the phone then they can be charged with criminal assalt, and tresspass on person.... just sayn

  • badpanda u suk cock ur fairy

  • @kinggazay1 thats exactly right i would like to see them try to take my phone i have copped harassment of the thug police in singleton and now finally its coming to an end

  • wat foto.. its a film.... LOL!!!!

  • Your a wanker badpanda cop lovin piece of shit!

  • LOL ! at "delete that photo now"

    Too funny

  • We have every right to film our law enforcement. We pay for these people to protect us with our taxes and filming them puts them in no kind of danger, they should have absolutely NO reason not to be filmed. The next time you see a police officer film him and what he is doing because it is your right, no sorry it is your duty to help protect them and the people in your community from them.

Our police force is becoming more corrupt and it is our job to police the police.

    The many beat the few.

  • @Twiztidninjas "We pay for these people to protect us with our taxes and filming them puts them in no kind of danger"

Not true -- firstly when cops ( or even security ) break up a fight they need people to move on -- standing there filming only encourage or esculates the situation

  • @badpanda84 Filming a fight that the police are involved in only secures further evidence for their case. Filming in no way encourages the fight, The two drunken yobos are going to be fighting each other no matter what, video cameras do not start fights they only record them.

  • @Twiztidninjas "Filming in no way encourages the fight"

OK filming from a distance dosent encorage a fight-- its the bullshit that people say on camera that encorages the fight. ( even something simple as "he was resisting arrest")

Not only that but cop for there own saftely also need to get the crowd to stand back ( to avoid the drunk guys mates jumping in and king-hitting the officers)---

  • @superbroombroom it's not illegal to film public in australia....

  • @superbroombroom Yes is is illegal in australia to film police in a public place. You can ask the first and get there permission but as soon as they say turn it, if you don't they can arrest you and the charge you.

  • @igasigas thats not true your a retard, in victoria, nsw and qld it says your allowed to film in public areas regardless who you are filming, however with minors and people who refuse consent you must blurr out there faces if your advertising something, look it up dumb ass before you go correcting people..

  • @Mr9rs9 Read your Constitution!!! In brief it says - NO VICTIM NO CRIME - This is why "police officers" provoke (To become the victim)

  • @topgunexcel LOL where dose it say that... can you show me exactly where in the Australian constution it says "NO VICTIM NO CRIME"

  • @topgunexcel Constitution recognizes common and natural law ie; no victim no crime (common law), I was born not a slave with equal rights as everyone else (natural law) simple? Ask a law enforcer if they know what their rights are, then ask a member of the public. Something wrong when all the subjects taught at school that are related to understanding in the world that law isn't one of them

  • @Mr9rs9 You sir are rude. How dose it make somebody a retard if they get something wrong. Ethug clowns, fucking lol

  • @igasigas Please dont put false facts. It is totally legal to photograph/film in public places that is not an act of a criminal offense. filming a police officer in public places is not a criminal offense. Police officers can make a request to stop recording or to delete any recording or photos. But you can decline their request. they can not order or force you to do so. If they do delete with force and without your consent.. then you can sue them for battery.

  • @igasigas However they can order you to move along and if you ignore this order. they can arrest you for interfering with their job. But my main point is, It is not illegal to photograph/film police officers in public places.

  • @2uneek Anti-Terrorism Act look it up. You can be a hero all you want on the internet, how about you go and try do it to the police? Eat a bag

  • @igasigas Don't get on your high horse here correcting people when they are right.

    You will come 2nd m8.

  • hey "famileri" go hug a tree hippie...

  • We need a police commisioner that can change the current mentality of police. It needs to progress from a "police force" to a "police service". The police are here to serve and protect us not to charge motorists for going 3 k's over the limit. Or to use capsicum spray on any member of the public who challenges them. The police service needs to become more multicultral and have more female members to reflect society..

  • hes wus rususting arrust. LOL what photo!?!

  • You're lucky you didn't get your phone taken off you seized for evidence, which he could have done.

  • @hahahabeans wrong

  • @hahahabeans A police officer can only confiscate devices if they have a legal reason to believe the device contains evidence of an indictable offence..... There is no indictable offence being carried out.... But there are other laws about taking photos or videos of people without their permission..... But that's a whole different story.

  • @MalliganTheUFO Correct to some extent,it actually needs to be a seven year offence unless it's wilful damage, or drugs, weapons, etc. The indictable offence may have been assault in this case, you don't know?

You see this is defined in s30 of the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000 and s29 of the Act also says that a police officer may seize all or part of a thing which may provide evidence of the commission of an offence. (There is no limitation on indictable or otherwise for seizure)

  • @hahahabeans But there is no offence being carried out... Arresting someone is not an offence..... And that's what is being filmed here and there is nothing to suggest otherwise..... Therefore, cannot confiscate the device legally. I am aware of the act, its nothing new. But they can request to have the footage deleted and they can request to have it pulled from youtube as well.

  • @MalliganTheUFO And what are they being arrested for? We don't know, do we. What I'm saying is that a police officer could believe that you have evidence of whatever they ARE being arrested for on your phone, as you're filming at the time. This MAY give them the power to search you and seize your phone. Sure, once they see that it doesn't have anything on it, fine. But the bravado thinking that police can't do something they perceivably could is what leads to obstruction charges. /rant

  • @hahahabeans I am so glad you have decided to end your rant...... because at the end of the day..... The video shows nothing of which you speak of.... So don't speculate.... Just go with the facts you know...... Simple..... Why argue about something you CANNOT prove!?!?!? I think the police could have confiscated that device because clearly the person filming killed more people than Ivan Milat..... No, not true, and from the video in question here, there is no proof of anything.. so yes! /rant!

  • If that was me standing there filming that and that cops said that to me... I would laugh at him and tell him there is nothing you can do about it! Obviously I need to remind him that 1. I am in a public place and that is legal and 2. My taxes pay your wages ...now go and put my hard earn to work and catch real criminals... NEXT!

  • BOGAN AUSTRALIAN COPS

  • @TheElphartoo Your comment is rubbish.

  • @cyanideisabitterpill what comment?

  • Its legal to film in public places so the cop breaks the law when he try to use his authority to make you stop filming, especially if he try to erase the video. I would take it to court without a doubt if i was the filmer and had witnesses.

  • It is legal to film any public servant in a public place.

In this video the cop has issued a completely unlawful 'order' which can and should be ignored.

If he wants to push it - in a courtroom the officer will lose and lose badly.

These are public servants - and their actions will be overseen by the public.

  • @cyanideisabitterpill How about I come to where you work and shove a camera in your face then put it on youtube when you tell me to piss off? Anyone is going to get angry when dickheads film them and put their face on youtube when they are just there to do a job. I bet if you shoved a camera in the face of a bunch of big maori road workers and got smart when they told you to piss off you would be in a pool of your own blood so why do it to cops?

  • @Cohagentron "How about I come to where you work and shove a camera in your face" [text quoted]

You would not be on public property, and if I were aware you were filming me there, you would not leave with the video.

As to your odd last remark - I have no fear of men, including Maoris.

    My comments stand.

  • I agree that if you are in a no hinder distance than that should be ok.. but than again cops think of the fact the person being arrested has the right to privacy (no cameras on him) and also somethings are best not to be seen. once there was a motorcyclist ran over by a car me an mates stood there watching paramedics work on him while he was screaming, we were only kids it's good the cop told us to go away. imagine getting arrested and someones filming your misery, id rather be left alone

  • @disturbingthepeace34 If you had to arrest some drunken idiot and a hostile crowd gathered behind you when you had your back turned what would you do? You have no idea if the guy with the camera is a friend of the guy you are arresting and would boot you in the head in the next 5 seconds. The fact that the idiots are taking their cameras out and yelling abuse at the cop means they are a hostile crowd and thousands of cops all over the world get bashed by hostile crowds every year.

  • In response to this officer concisely:

    No.

    (film them as you please)

  • @cyanideisabitterpill "It's a public place, he wasn't interfering with there police operation"

then he would get a move on notice -- and get arrested for interference.

When cops are trying to break up fights one of there prioritys is to disperese the crowd ( or move the crowd back).. its a bit hard if they refused and just stand there filming.

  • Comment removed

  • @cyanideisabitterpill ""I agree that people should not get in cops faces while they are doing their job, but from a reasonable no-hinder distance, it is okay"

that is not the point -- in the event of a fight - police often need to dispere the crowd.and seperate people.. Having idiots standing around taking photo only encourages the fight.

  • @cyanideisabitterpill "The officer here did not issue a legal 'move on' order, he demanded the photo/s be deleted which he cannot do."

I know only because the officers were busy restraining the guy.. and obviously the guy who filmed this complied ( which is why we only have 16 seconds of footage)

If they guy turned around and said to the cops to get fucked I'm going to film anyway then they cops probably would have issed a move on order

  • @cyanideisabitterpill The point is that often when police are arresting someone -- idiots with cameras aggrative the situation.. epsically when they talk shit on camera as well..

For example if police finally calm someone down and arrest them.. the last thing they want is some drunk idiot ( who may have been involved in a fight etc..) coming along stiring shit up..

  • Comment removed

  • @cyanideisabitterpill "Cops do their job and cameras stay back so they don't hinder the cops"

Right --but if the cameras actually stayed back they would be able to film the in the first place ( or at least not clearly)

"but if a person is standing away, not interfering, with their trap shut - "

Fair enough but that rarely happens in real life

  • In Australia if he the cops didnt want to be films they would simply issues they guy filming a "move on" notice for disorderly conduct ( or something simliar) and if he refused to leave the area he will get arrested..

  • @badpanda84

The cops don't have the right to get him to stop filming.

It's a public place and he wasn't interfering with there operation.

The man filming was doing nothing illegal.

  • @chessonmyshirt You are completely right. I made a few [now deleted] posts here sitting on the fence, but after giving this issue some thought, I have to side with photographers and their rights 100%.

Almost all (and there are plenty) of examples of police harrassing photographers on YouTube show police acting unlawfully.

  • @cyanideisabitterpill

    Yeh *appluads* +respect

Sure, there may be a few police who are doing the right thing and getting this unfair treatment getting filmed on a hard days work, but when you look at all the videos of corrupt cops you can't really sacrifice one for the other.

  • All he said was that piece of Halibut was good enough for jehovah. and they nick him

  • when youre doing the most stressful part of your job im going to organise a bunch of dumbass drunks to film you and yell out shit and see how u enjoy it

  • OZ police just recruit HOMOSEXUALS or mean with HOMO experience or background, anyways!!! This explains a lot, besides, the FAP police never attended the IEP PAris and are intellectually limited to speak only english for most of them, unlike me who speak 8 languages and I am Indian!!! But yeah...what to expect from HOMO AFP?

  • @douglasmoustache All your languages never opened your shrinked brain or your mind. Even if they all WERE gay...so what? You are totally narrow-minded!

  • Police do not want to be filmed the same as any other 'public servant'! Every action you take can be misconstrued and twisted by some claim seeker. There is no need to film these types of incidents, it leads to the pathetic blame culture we have in the UK. A lady here tried to sue her local coucil because she walked into a lamp post. She claims there should have been a warning and her case went to a hearing. That is why honest police do not want filmed.

  • @bubmaz

You can't really take away our right, this man wanted to film.

It's a public place, he wasn't interfering with there police operation so by all means he is allowed to film.

  • @chessonmyshirt "It's a public place, he wasn't interfering with there police operation "

In general ( can't comment specifally on this case based on 0:16 secs) though in a fight -- police often have to seperate fighting groups and "Move on" ( for lack of a better term) large groups of people.. If you are standing there filming instead of dispering you will probably get charged for interferance..

  • public place fuck off copper!!

  • Are'nt Australian cop's public servant's ? Should they not be taped in a public place? What do they have to hide?

  • A society that allows their trusted peacemakers to act without accountability is doomed to fail... just look at us here in the USA! You're next mate!

  • ha i like when i cop challenges with him he bitches out instantly

  • The first thing cops do is scream at you to stop filming. Police in australia are utterly and completely untrustworthy, look at the 80's and the inquiry.

  • Isn't that illegal in Australia (I mean for the cops to tell you not to video them and then take your camera and try to erase it?). They are public servants in a public space, they have no right to or expectation of privacy, unless you have some weird laws there.

  • @sauceykat In the 80's racist police executed aboriginals, the cultre of the police down here is very very ugly and unwilling to change. I took a photo of the town hall one day from, about 50m away and two cops 20m in ran up to me and demanded I delete the photo which had them in it.

    hot tip: don't holiday here.

  • @zomgtehrei so.. why aren't you allowed to take photo of the town hall??

  • @chriztafa You can, just as long as no police are in your photo.

  • You and anyone have the right to record these public moments, they are the only thing that keep the truth of the story and can save lives and identify corruption in police/military etc, keep filming and make sure you have back up, the cops are supposed to uphold the law, they aren't THE law, nice work keeping the vid :D Now we all see the cop that wants it all hidden ;-)

  • @michael696925 You have the right, and this is in relation to QLD Australia where this video was taken, so long as the person is not under 16. Then it violates offences trying to stop paedophiles, and in that case parental consent is needed. But that is another story.

  • @froggybiz Queensland? Yeah sounds fairly fair though how come you have to be 16+ to be able to provide evidence? As for pedophiles I have np with whatever happening to them long as its behind closed doors and 100% caught, so defo no chance an innocent taken down. Is odd though this occassion the cop being more interested in the cam guy rather than the criminal which the cops seem to be struggling with to hold down lol

  • gotta hate the cops

  • lol he was telling u to stop the veido sucker

  • What photo? what photo? what photo? Its on film :P

  • Stupid! Idiot! Dumb! It is bad idea to film at police when they're arrest people! Do you know why? Police don't want person who is arrested got setup for being film. THINK!

  • you are a diack had

you shood naver video police wen tahy are on duyt

    ok

  • @denzel387 Spell checker here. It is dick not diack and it is duty not duyt.

  • wow thank god I don't get filmed like that when I work...

  • Wouldn't we all just love to be recorded while we work?

  • I love it how he just BAM looks like a deer in the headlights and then puts his hand towards him... -_-

  • hay people don,t yall get it all and i mean all cop,s are evil any body that want to be a cop is already sick in the head thay don,t have any friend,s out side of there own kind., because of this FACT.

  • In WA according to a police sargent I talked to there is no law preventing anyone taking pictures in a public place, this may be the same in every state if so it is just bluff on the part of the police officer that intervered with your camera/phone and in that case it is an unlawfull act.

Suggest you contact your corruption commission or what ever they have over your way to check.

  • this looks like the main street on cavill ave

  • @whitepower1 thats true it is a public place. And you can film if you want. Police can also take your phone off you too. PPRA siezing your phone as it contains evidence of an offence. So go nuts my friend film away! And thanks for the phone :) you will get it back in a few weeks.

  • Put yourself in the police shoes. Would you like getting filmed by some random doosh? No. No one does. No wonder you told you to turn it off.

  • @MrJohnny863 what they like or don't like is irrelevant. They are public servants and effecting an arrest in a public place, provided you're not actively hindering them, you're free to film whatever the fuck you want. No one has copyright on their likeness in Australia.

  • Victorian cops are the worse. a family member sued them for half a million for trying to kill him.they smashed his teeth out, smashed his legs in the car door, drove him out to the middle of nowhere and It was all recorded on a 000 call from the back of the van from his mobile phone. i might add he won the court battle but they didnt lose there jobs.....prime example of police corruption its bullshit. and they wonder why they cant be trusted.

  • Ahaha this is hilarious!

  • Photography is not a law, so you can refuse.

  • This poster is just a phuckwit!

  • The way I see it is: My right to film are protected under the First Amendment Freedom of Press: gave a person the right to document and report any event. Second Amendment: the right to keep and bar arms. All guns are arms, but all arms are not guns. Arms are anything used for defense or offense. If I am using my camera for self-defense of defense of other.

If you arrest me for filming I will sue you for violating my constitutional rights.

  • @truthandharmonycom its bare arms nor bar different word and if you film them isnt there a right to privacy? if they dont want to be filmed they can sue you for violating their privacy so really isnt it just easier to not film them if they dont want to be filmed? obviously if cops or anyone are putting the boot into some old guy or some guy that didnt do anything illegal then yes film and he has nothing on you but if the cop is just doing their job and doesnt want to be filmed dont

  • Now i have a .40 calibre Glock 22, and a pair of cuff's too, to go with the OC Spray i bought, and i feel alot safer already. It's only fair in my opinion, if the cops can carry these things, then so can i, any police reading this..... i will defend myself if you fuck with me like you did before, think very carefully before you try your well honed schoolyard bully like crap, i see you going for your mace or gun, i give you 2 in the chest and 1 in the head, understood?

  • @base320 wow your a tough guy aint ya boy!? well you cant use the cuffs unless you are arresting someone so if you dteain someone and leave that can be considered kidnapping also if you do any of these things to a cop and are taken to court and found guilty you will be found guilty of assault w/ a deadly weapon, premeditated murder (yes premeditated because you planned to do it if it happend), intent to cause grievous bodily harm and assaulting a police officer so i would rethink your strategy

  • @nicamy8988 . your point being?...i think your mistaking me for someone who cares

  • @base320 yea im sorry i realized your not as intellectual as everyone thought your just some joe smoe who tries to sound smart and tough yet your just a ball of jelly when truly confronted still seeing as you dont care you wont mind not being a little bitch about 2 cops who fucked you over and got punished for it fuck what a whiner

  • @nicamy8988 , whatever, like i said, your mistaking me for someone who cares about what people think or say, its suprising that you feel the need to try to offend people with different opinions to you on you tube, i thought even you would have something better to do, and realise the futility of it

  • @base320 im not trying to offend anyone & if i have im sorry but what i am trying to do is point out different opinions & explain them & if possible explain how the other opinions are wrong or atleast how i perceive them as wrong but when people just generalize on all cops or cop scenarios or most & dont really back down because they have had 1 or even 2 incidents w/ cops they assume all are bad its just ridiculous plus it instantly becomes an argument not a discussion so there is no futility

  • @nicamy8988 Dude! The guy has been lying his ass off here on youtube saying he is a BASE jumper and a wingsuit flyer, posting other people's videos claiming he shot them! Just ignore him!

  • @JumpTeigen yea i learnt that yesterday i was about to use that info when he next replied but yea i know he is a super troll haha :P thanks :D cool vids too one of my friends is going skydiving this wed she cant wait haha

  • stop resisting,fuk youpig 4 on 1.

  • typical copper, demanding the evidence be destroyed.

  • fuck coppers are cunts but wait cunts are use full and they are not ???

  • @672119 "use full" it is "useful" you stupid useless cunt!

  • @672119 obviously your not use full how bout you becaome USEFUL by getting the fuck out of the country coward

  • @nicamy8988 how about you go fuck a sheep .

  • @672119 why do all the gaybo fuck heads say things like that to everyone when they are obviously gay and want to do what they say others should do do you comprehend what i just said? or are you that much of a pussy oh wait PUSSIES ARE USE FULL hahaha wow your such an easy target its just not fun... no wait it is XD

  • haha dude filming this is a a legend, most cunts would buckle as soon as the grub said delete the photo. Good one mate.

  • DELETE THAT PHOTO NOW!!!! LOL

  • Filming the police may seem distracting to some officers, however I do not think they can stop you.e.g.T.V. crew might come to photograph,or bystanders general photos of objects.Anyway regardless of what the situation is,reasonably the police are protected. So as long as there is a crime in process the officers can use REASONABLE FORCE,such as a small push or pull, light and not brutal, putting the offending person in a calm state,(holding the offender still)and possible handcuffed.Filming is ok

  • Yeah good on you mate, must think your pretty cool filming police arresting pieces of shit like yourself. I would like to see you do their job. I suppose, You wouldn't know what it's like, working full time and actually contributing to society and paying taxes.

  • @Andrew25399 bull shit I have worked in some of the roughest clubs in our city and the police are nothing but another gang of thugs looking to cause trouble. How bout you get a job in law enforcement and then tell me they are not corrupt and that people shouldnt be filming them. FASCIST

  • @keyanage your wrong if you dont actually KNOW all or most cops then you cant actually say that all or most are bad or corrupt. so really unless you target specific police you have no basis for your argument plus they dont have license to kill when ever how ever they like i havent worked as a cop but i have family who are or have and i know a lot of cops and none of them are corrupt plus i was in the army and im going back so i have a bit of an understanding if someone is corrupt.

  • @Andrew25399 You're obviously a copper cunt because nobody else is stupid enough to not realise that most cops are thugs in uniforms with a license to kill as they see fit. They are a necessary evil in our society, I must admit... but 'evil' is the key word in that sentence.

  • @Andrew25399 thats not contributing to society buddy, cops are useless scum that do nothing but cause more trouble for people. I have never seen them do anything helpful to anyone, they are absolute cowards when challenged and use any sly dog tactic they can to get you arrested or fined. So shut the fuck up u fucking pig.

  • @bungmuffin ok dont like the cops go live in afghanistan where the taliban are or china where you will disappear for not liking the same politician like the majority do then see how much you like cops your the coward when you need them im sure you wont be saying these things fucking poof your so cool on youtube bagging out cops fucking coward

  • @nicamy8988 shut up pig. . Fuck tha Police!

  • @bungmuffin well arent you just an original tough guy shut the fuck up you coward what a pussy OH and just so you know im not a cop im an ex soldier ive been done by the cops doesnt mean i hate them all fuck what a wannabe

  • @nicamy8988 dude seriously i dont care

  • @bungmuffin well if you dont care why post "shut up pig. . Fuck the Police"?? if you dont care than thats not necessary if you dont care why not delete it unless you care enough to back up your staetments??

  • @nicamy8988 i dont need to back up comments, i dont owe u anything. If u blindly follow the law and the pigs thats your life. If u stop and actualy look at how they treat the public, maybe you wont be such a sheep

  • @bungmuffin yes you do if you want people to believe you you need proof dumbass. i dont blindly follow the law i can prove that because ive lost most of my points on my license. i know how they treat the public you obviously dont you think you do you prob had 1 bad experience & you think you know how it all goes down i bet youve never even been assaulted by the cops have you? wouldnt be surprised might show you a thing or 2 in life if you had a life get some experience then come back to talk

  • @nicamy8988 dude your white, no offence but in Australia there is a difference in the way they treat u. I know u probably wont believe this but like i said your white.

  • @bungmuffin doesnt matter if your white or black or brown or purple or rainbow if the bad corrupt cops wanna fuck w/ you they will haha if you just listen to the cops and dont go against them nothing will happen like if he says stop filming or taking pics just stop why put yourself in harms way?? but like i said it doesnt matter yes they profile more ethnicities but if they wanna fuck w/ you and your white aint shit you can do haha

  • @nicamy8988 thats the thing, there are alot of bad cops out there. For every good cop i've met, theres about 3 bad cops. I've experienced cops be openly racist, i've seen them provoke fights, use an extremely amount of force on non violent individuals. The best way to deal with cops is to say as little as possible, get their details before they get yours, record the conversations, and never get angry.

  • @bungmuffin ok but what im saying is you THINK for every good cop youve met there are 3 bad ones but how many cops have you met and know are good or bad?? even if you knew 100 you still cant claim most cops are bad. i dont doubt the racism and fighting but thats not most of them. yes those things but if they ask for your details you have to give it to them you cant say no to showing them who you are

  • @nicamy8988 In Australia, the police force has proven (particularly in Victoria) that they absolutely can not be trusted, and that they are involved in criminal enterprise directly. It isn't up for debate, there are just too many examples to list here. Ultimately, the Australian people can not trust their own police force, because they are openly hostile towards us.

  • @poona83 it is up for debate until you can prove ALL cops are bad and corrupt it very well is up for debate. really list 20 then? or ten? there are just as many pros as cons there are enough police doing the right thing and enough good police for it to keep them. how many cops do you kow? cause i know quite a feww and even though in the scheme of things its not many its still a lot and most of them are good and do the right thing. our cops do what is necessary yes some are corrupt but not all

  • @nicamy8988 You're obviously either not very bright or perhaps just lazy. Every 15 years or so there is a commission of inquiry into a state police force in Australia. In every case the force is found to be riddled with corruption and a host of abuse of powers noted. Google it. Read a few of the reports. Get educated and come armed to such discussions with some information rather than opinions obviously formed in the vacuum of your cranium. Opinions are like arseh-les...everyone has one..

  • @Flymagnet2007 first what is arseh-les? and im not saying the police are perfect or in no way completely not corrupt im saying the majority of cops are corrupt and i should have clarified corrupt as in not petty stuff like actuall corruption big money drugs power all that stuff not the little things like breaking the law to catch criminals or things like that because if YOU had looked into it deep enough you would learn how many cops in those inquiries are corrupt and the ones that do big and...

  • @Flymagnet2007 ... little things not many cops are badly corrupt. the difference between me & you is that although you have read this on sites & researched this I have experience i have been dealing w/ cops since i was 14 in good & bad ways, mostly good, i have known cops my whole life & not just a couple about 100 or more & a lot of corrupt cops partners get in trouble because they dont turn in their partner which is just something you dont do but there are circumstances to what they do & to...

  • @Flymagnet2007 .. what & who you tell about it. my problem is w/ the fact that so many people & the evidence cant be missed just straight out hate ALL cops, blame ALL cops & think ALL cops are corrupt when they know piss all i believe if cops had more breathing room they would perform better & if people didnt scrutinize them so much they could work better & if people respected them BEFORE THEY NEEDED THEIR HELP instead of abuse them before then need them & then think its all ok that my problem..

  • @poona83 Indeed...and knowing some young police officers as I do I can only feel sorry for those young and old honest, hardworking police who are stained by the corruption and misbehaviour of their fellow officers especially the senior ones. Sad, very sad for them and us (the latter being harmed the most if you read the various commission of inquiry reports).

  • @poona83 I'd like to see you do a better job champ. Everyone is a fucking hero and loves to shout from the grandstand til they actually have to step up to the plate.

  • @froggybiz I think you're confused. I'm not saying the individuals that are police are particularly bad at performing an inherently good job. I'm saying the job itself is largely unnecessary, and that people that grow up to join the force, are usually the worst kind of people within a society. I'm no hero, I'm just not a villain. Hence, I would never join the force.

  • @froggybiz BLA BLA BLA BLA BLA BLA BLA MUNCHO BLA BLA FUCK COPS, SHITBAGS,SCUM, GOV ARMY.REMEMBER THE TWO COPS THAT RAPED A WOMAN IN THE MIDLE OF THE VIC BUSHFIRES. YEAH REALLY GOOD WORK, LOOKIN AFTER THE PEOPLE. HAY. WHY DONT YOU STEP UP TO THE PLATE WITH ME, ILL TEAR YOUR FUCKIN HEAD OFF AND POST IT TO YA MOTHER.

  • @Nedingham1957 Yeh I remember it well and the charges were dropped, so shove that up your ass dickwad. Girls have regretted sex in the past then cried rape, so until a court can find them guilty you can chew a tyre. lol still playing the "I am a tough cunt" over the internet huh? yeh mate you can try rip my head off, I am tempted to say come on over and I would just shoot your paranoid inbred ass, but I think it would be funnier to call the cops and watch them beat you while you cry like a girl

  • @froggybiz Im sure I could out shoot you! Yea you would hide behind the law, proves your a skiny little dirt bag. GO FUCK YOUR SELF.

  • @Nedingham1957 HAHA you are just like the king of everything aye? "I'll rip ya head off, I'll out shoot ya, I'll bash all those cops", yeah mate you are just so fucking awesome. When the aliens kidnapped, anally probed and fucked with your cognitive ability did you kill all them too? I bet people confuse you with Chuck Norris you are just that awesome. I don't need to hide behind the law, but unlike you I don't presuppose to be able to take on the world. lol your a sad old man.

  • @froggybiz You have issues. Endorsing cops randomly beating civilians proves exactly what is wrong with the force in this country. The myth that police only act poorly because they deal with bad people is ridiculous as well. You're the exact kind of sociopath the police rely on in order to justify their own senseless violence towards the people of this once great country.

  • @poona83 I missed half your absurd posts so this is the reply. I NEVER ENDORSED police violence, and I never said police randomly beat civilians. I said a reason some do it is because of scum, that doesn't mean I ENDORSE something I just UNDERSTAND it. Big difference, and for someone like you who comes across as reasonably intelligent the manipulation of my words is quite a step down into the realm of the mentally retarded.

  • @nicamy8988 As a total my friend, Police are bad. Look how they treat protestors, they are cowards with the license to assault people. You tell a cop to take off his badge and fight you, he wont'. But he will gladly call 20 of his mates over to beat you up.

  • @bungmuffin the protestors for the most part that get beaten or arrested either deserve it for the way they treated the cops or they were doing more than just peaceful protesting so dont give me that crap.

  • @nicamy8988 Mate either you are a cop, or you live in a fantasy world. Go look up the G20 summit and read up on some real shit, like how police shot an 8 year old boy in Italy, theres no way you can justify that shit.
