i got my ps3+ultimate about a week ago and this loop is part of my main Dante combos, its just so ridiculously useful and stylish, i can now get over 110 hit combos easy with Dante thanks to you :3

Thanks a lot for also explaining what the Tiger Knee motion is in so much depth, i always heard people saying 'you must tiger knee this move' or 'oh he tiger knee'd the move' and i was like "WTH does this even mean? o-o"

i cant get my acid rain to activate correctly, any tips on when i should input, cause ever time i try i end up doing twister :/

oh and also the prop shreder does it matter what height the enemy is when u do it? like i understand that sometimes the enemy is at the center of the 360 blade motion and sometiems they are just at the tip of the blade.....

I noticed that your inputs in acid rain where weird after the tiger knee motion which may throw people off cuz i see you put left, left down, down, down right, right then proceed normally as if you tiger knee into a complete circle with L placed where it should be. Is this your trick to doing it?

@spidadaking It might have something to do with whether you play Pad or Stick, or maybe you just need to do it faster.

@Kane917 i actually find it better to use the Pad...i can always do the acid rain once...but cant time up the 2nd set for the ground bounce reset....just aggravating ughh!

For those who are having trouble, make it seem like you are doing two crescent motion while inputting L. So instead of doing Quarter Circle Forward do Half Circle forward. Trust me it works everytime.

Hey Smexy, whenabouts during the Prop Shredder do you cancel it into the TK Acid Rain? I'm struggling with consistant timing at the moment and I end up getting different things like Multi-Lock, Twister and Killer Bee accidently because of being unsure when to begin inputting the TK motion of Acid Rain. Thanks.

Great tutorial. I've been working on this myself, and it's kinda hard getting several Acid Rains after each other, since I usually want to go for like 4 of them. lol

Anyway, I'd suggest on trying to hit your opponent with the tip of the sword when doing Prop 'n Shredder, since they'll fly a bit higher, letting you do more Acid Rains (they won't pop out). I usually can't get that many by doing it close to the ground like you did.

This is a nice tutorial man, I've just recently started implementing acid rain loops in my combos a week or two ago too..lol this is good to put out and hopefully people will actually use Dante how he is suppose to be used and not keep doing the same easy mode combos that they all do..

I don't get how tiger knee helps in this situation (mechanically in the game). i mean, with Cable, you do the tiger knee to get into a jump, and then do the hyper combo, but you cant do multilock in the air, so why does doing Tiger Knee for the multilock allow it to hit?

You are CANCELING the three frames of jump startup. Hence, you are essentially still on the ground when executing Multi Lock. If you do it too LATE, you will jump and perform Killer Bee.
