The poster saying put Christ back into Christmas is simply a reminder that the holiday is about Jesus Christ, and not about exchanging gifts. @PandyFackleresque I despise religious fanatics, and dogma as much as you do. I was raised christian. But i'm agnostic, not atheist. To be atheist is to reject anything and everything spiritual. And frankly, I think that's ridiculous. Even Einstein held his own spiritual beliefs, and said "I do not share the crusading spirit of the professional atheist whose fervor is mostly due to a painful act of liberation from the fetters of religious indoctrination received in youth."

I remember grade boards from high school. When we had finals in advanced chemistry I remember thinking even while taking the test that I was going to fail it. I think you are a very passionate atheist that wants to also express your opinion and this obviously pissed you off, the fact you did something fairly constructive with that anger is a great point. I understand that you American non-religiousesses feel a lot of oppression for various reasons down there, but what did you find annoying about this one particular sign? The statement itself is the epitome of cliche Christian arrogance: "You can't celebrate MY holiday without believing in MY god!" Now, had the sign said, "Merry Christmas!" or something similar, I honestly wouldn't have taken issue as Christmas is happens to be the winter holiday that us Americans celebrate the most.

I totally agree with your points though I have a confession.
Sometimes....sometimes I put other books on top of religious books or conservative twat's books at the book store.
Glenn Beck got savvy to this kind of thing a few books ago and puts his face on both the front and back cover so you just can't flip the book around.Sneaky mormon.
He did over react to the situation though. I've seen multiple cars with the "Keep Christ in Christmas" magnet but I don't go around stealing them.

I just realized something, barely has anything to do with your video and mostly has to do with the recommended Rebecca Watson video. I find it really annoying how men can be sexist asses if they utter the word cunt or bitch in reference to a crabby woman. But if females use the word dick or prick it is totally fine. Not that I think it is not fine, cause it is fine. But the historical stigma is still there because the societal misogyny is still there.
