  • I miss old Disney.

  • disney refuses to play these classics on any of their channels on cable....assholes

  • It's this kind of stuff that reminds me why I'm becoming an animator, and I really want these types of old styles to return. Hopefully I can make it happen in the near future.

  • on behalf of everyone here, i would like to say, WE LOVE YOU @ylbt

  • yayyy for morris!!!! <3 <3

  • yayyy for morris!!!! <3 <3

  • sound gets a bit off

  • The part at 6:56 made me spit water all over my desk!

  • Blossom's 'moose talk' is a track in reverse and it does not match what the narrator claimed he said. What is really said in that backwards talk? Can anyone tell me? Thanks

  • Moose pride? Wouldn't it be herd of moose? But still an awesome cartoon :)

  • @George3901505 he said moose tribe not pride

  • The part when they use the log to scare the big moose off scared the hell out of me when I was little! Now it's just funny. I love their laughs!

  • You know... being a student of animation I could just see this in animatic form. Brilliant....

  • Yay!!!!

    Morris!!!

  • 4:39 is das beste

  • Thundercloud looks like he's drunk when he laughs

  • Poor Morris. He almost didn't make any friends until Bolsom showed up.

  • he's the mascot for abercrombie and fitch, right?

  • Weird, I don't remember this cartoon. Quite random though, like lambert the lion was.

  • my 10000000th. subliminal message so far.

if you want to see something funny that came from disney, watch the alternete endings to bambie when she gets hit by a car. ha!

  • i love the laugh!

  • I'm 4 feet 9 :D And I'm almost 18!

  • technically Morris would be a dwarf since he isn't porpotioned right...

XD lookit me being all intelligent over a frikken cartoon

  • Comment removed

  • Midgets are the disproportional ones, actually. Dwarves aren't really much different from them, but they tend to be a bit taller.

  • no.... midgets are perfectly porportioned, just small.

take a look at a dwarf some time. they tend to have normal sized torsos and heads, but small legs and arms.

  • the laughing rodent whatever it is, always gets me.

  • I think it was a gopher.

  • Nice cartoon!

  • great show of team work!

  • From that cartoon, about 18 or 17 years ago, me and my family call anything small "Morris". Our tree was small when we planted it, and its name is that: Morris!!

  • Hey, that ol` bug is smoking!!! A bad example for kids, hahahahaha

  • Oh my god. I love the old cartoons ... and I love Moose too much. This movie is really wonderful. Unfortunately nobody sell the movie or the book 3:-(((

  • i notice the playhouse disney is short. i hate that i feel bad for the kids, where i am used to end at 11:00am or 11:30am now it ends at 10:30 am, they've done this before too. this is the only time when kids can watch shows that's there age, how are the kids gona enjoy the shows. i hope playhouse disney isn't leaving.

  • i know exactly how the moose feels i am 22 and i am only 4'11 while all of my other friends and even my fiance are taller then me

  • same here, sometimes i hate being short, gets a pain trying to reach high places, lol but sometimes it is nice, dont have to worry ducing your head, when my friend and i were at the beach, they have this water area, there were these arch tunnels she's tall, she had to duck, i could walk throw smoothly wihtout having to duck ^_^

  • gonna be 18 and i'm the same size. i'm sadly short by nature. ^_^ but eh, i'm glad to be short.

  • I'm also 4,11 (150 cm) "tall", (19 years old.) I've just grown into accepting it, and now it's a part of me and my personal "style".

Another role model for me is Benny Grünfield, a tiny old man that survived Auschwitz during WW2.

When he sneaked into the group where his brother was, the SS-soliders came to the barack, looking if there was a youngster that had gotten in.

He remained unseen, though, because he was so small that he could hide behind a bedpost. Shortness pwnage. ;)

  • i totally feel lil mooses pain im 20 and im only 5"6 , 9 stone :( lol

  • i love old disney so much better than the new trash nowdays...

  • me too, there are some nice disney shows today, but i do enjoy these more.

  • Morris is so adorable-I love this cartoon. I lose it everytime Morris hops like the bunny!

  • Man i miss the old days.

Today it's all this Mock Kung Fu crap that kids are watching, dont get me wrong, im a huge fan of Ying Yang Yo and Pucca but weve got shows these days that have gone off the deep end with toilet humor.

  • This was one of my favorite disney cartoon shorts from back in the day. Love how the two moose work together.

  • Poor little guy. It's no fun being small.

  • omfg, this old cartoon is so adorable! I can't bear to watch modern cartoons, but this simple story its just adorable. Walt Disney, you did were a great Man. Tks for posting this Ylbt, its great to remeber the old days..

  • i remember this aww i miss being little

  • I remember this cartoon so well, I just adored it as a child. I still actually like it, its just so cute and funny.

  • Man, this is the nicest cartoon. I believe I saw it in kindergarten when I was 4 like Morris.

  • I loved this show, back when disney played all the good toons instead of all these lame ass crap like thats so raven, hanna montana etc.etc....

  • i know!!! i'll bet that walt disney wouldn't like what the disney shows are like these days

  • lol yeah this is his creation,he's the one are started this. when i was in elementray school. i was in art and the art teacher was talking about walt disney, i was like wow there was a walt disney. i didn't know it was a real person, i thought it was just a name they picked, like boomerang, nick jr

  • i dont mind some of the disney shows now, not too bad, so so, but i do enjoy these toons

  • omg, i remember this!

  • This cartoon was made in 1950

  • This is from back before people were programmed to get offended by every damn thing.

  • Well said! It's only a pipe

  • Something's up with the BV logo at the beginning of this vid, but other than that, nice going! I love that WDCC jingle they have at the beginning of this cartoon.

  • I loved watching this when I was little!!! Probably cus I could relate to it cus I'm small and always have been lmao!

  • adorable

  • I would just like to thank u so much. For the past year my brain has been plagued with the image of that moose, and i couldnt for the life of me remember who it was or where id seen it. And now i remember thanks to this video. Thank u so much :)

  • "Oga emit gnol, gnol a deneppah ti." Put that in reverse on 4:40-4:44. Balsam says "It happened a long, long time ago," in reverse, before Grandpa Bootle-beetle said it was Moose talk.

  • the best! do you have "a diary of my life" ft. donald duck?

  • i love it so much
