DAYUM!! That voice!! & the harmonies that Ann & Nancy sing are just perfect!! Check out their harmonies in a song called "Ring Them Bells" on the "Desire Walks On" album!! How can anybody concentrate on Ann's weight with that voice comin outta the speakers at them!! These two ladies have TRUE talent unmatched by the anorexic little girls in todays music!!

Siblings always have the best most perfect harmonies. There's a vid somewhere of the 2 ladies singing accapella harmonies in the dressing room before a show and it's just wonderful - so pure and perfect

I'm a native Seattlite ('Hearts' hometown) and a huge heart fan. But for us loyal Heart fans, Heart's 1980's "MTV period" was kinda like the Rod Stewart "disco period". Good, but something not quite right.

Ann and Nancy agree with you, me and a lot of other 'loyal Heart fans'! I saw a television interview of the sisters a few years ago, and when asked, 'Then, the Eighties?', the both moaned! Ann added, 'My nailbeds have never been the same!' It's clear the ladies went with the demands of the record label (i.e., be trendy, get big hair extensions, wear very high heels) but it didn't suit them. Heart put out some great hits in the 80's, but it's not what I would call representative of who they are.
