H1N1 influenza is currently being spread from human to human, hence is not swine flu - those poor bastards are/were in Mexico. The killing of pigs in Egypt is contraindicated by WHO and frankly useless unless Egypt bans all cross border activity; so absolutely no point killing the pigs. there's no swine flu in Egypt because the heat hasn't yet arrived. high temperatures aid in the incubation and rapid transmission of the disease. Egypt already has enough diseases that are quite nasty, another isn't needed.
