I don't believe it was Your infringement. If it was "WMG"(warner music group) artist, it is a bit of a feud between them and utube. They removed all the audio(may still b in the process), even user generated. They couldn't agree on compensation. Not sure who is compensating who, but they couldn't agree. hopefully they sometime in the future...
