I like Chris, but what style is it, says rock on wikipedia but sound more like: country blues/rock with a Elvis and roy orbison style blend of lyrics. Really cool sound and am gonna write an album in this style. He's been influence by music for the last six months. Why is he not the next Elvis, he has the look, charm, style and cool attitude to be that big in the music scene. I feel he is a very underated artist. He needs to get some tracks released in the uk and Europe ;)

I thought rockabilly came from rock mixed with acuostic/ classic country (finger picking, chicken styles etc) and that rock and most modern music formed from blues :) Do you suggest any rockabilly artitst or modern artist like Chris that I should check out :)

Isaak's music was the feature music for a two-part episode of this late eighties series about a 1950's P.I. In this episode he investigates the death of an up and coming rock n' roller.
