  • ALL charges against Emily Good were dropped. And the lying piece of shit scumbag cop got away with his crap. Fucking pig.

  • The name of this cowardly, sad-assed PIG on the Rochester Police Department is MARIO MASIC.

MARIO MASIC is a pathetic PIG. MARIO MASIC is a pathetic PIG.

  • Thats right. We need our guns back. A civil war IS coming. we need to scare these globalist fuckers away before we start getting scared of them. When was the last time anyone felt safe with a cop near by.

  • So what was the outcome after her arrest ?

  • I missed the part when she said she was clearly wearing nothing. If she is admitting to being naked in her front yard in public view then that would be arrest able. Then she says, "I did nothing, I did nothing" which as everyone knows means she did do something. LOL BAD ARREST GUYS VERY BAD ARREST.

  • Go RPD. stupid arrogant liberal civilians are ruining this country.

  • Poor girl...

  • any one know the name of the not so brave officer who is scared to have an unarmed woman stand behind him he shouldnt have become an officer if he is so fearful

  • @MegaPresa There has alot of so called unarmed women have a weapon and can kill a cop just as much as a man. You don'tnow who is armed and who is not. ts thinking like you do that gets officers killed. The only thing they should have done different is they should have pepper sprayed her first and then arrested her.

  • @ORTLIEBRC She has the right she broke no laws and the case was thrown out

  • @ORTLIEBRC Nerd

  • @ORTLIEBRC No, what is too bad is that it is too bad some gang banger didn't drive by and fill those cops full of lead. THAT would have been a happy ending. And we could have watched it on YouTube.

  • she doesn't understand? Really is she that stupid?

  • @TheEodtch Its are first amendment to video the public from a public access she didnt do n e thing wrong cop was in a power trip

  • @kingdobbs1 I'm guessing English isn't your first language. I didn't say she did something wrong you dipshit. I made a comment on her not understanding. It is a simple thing to understand. The cops were wrong but she is also stupid if she couldn't understand. Just like you are stupid based on your lack of understanding and your poor English.

  • @TheEodtch The bitch could not understand why she was being arrested! if you was being arrested for no reason would you understand Why? And why do you not think English is not my first language What part of my comment dont look English!

  • @kingdobbs1 Simple English is hard for you to understand I realize that. I would not agree with the arrest but I would comprehend what they were saying no matter how stupid the cops in this case are.

    English, learn it.

  • @kingdobbs1 I think English isn't your first language because your grammar is atrocious.

  • @TheEodtch How can you base someones ethnicity from there shitty grammar? Just because i don't use my punctuation! You know what i'm saying! Every word that i type is English! If you cant under stand it then kiss my American Ass Geek!

  • @kingdobbs1 I base your "stupidity" on your grammar. I did not say you were any race did I? No I didn't! Are you stupid and assume I said something about your race? Yes you did. What the hell is an Ass Geek? I don't think I have one of those. You should just stop typing while your behind.

  • OMG I can't believe this!! Someone should call 911!! .... :p

  • what happened to the woman finally?

  • Yes, Mario she can videotape you from the sidewalk, or the curb,

or her lawn, or whatever public property she feels like

filming from. Didn't they teach you about the Constitution

    in Pig School??

  • she's a total twat. 'nuff said.

  • All Americans need to arm themselves. There is a civil war coming, and you have no way to tell whether the police will be on your side or not.

  • absolute power corrupts absolutely!

  • PIGS!

  • haha what the fuck she should have said I don't feel safe with people walking around with guns and flashing lights going through my neighborhood.

  • I just have to say that there is no such thing as good cops or bad cops. They're all just cops. Cops=Mindless puppets that have a capacity for good and bad deeds all in the name of the "law" as given them by retarded lawmakers whom will eventually will pass laws to make it illegal for you to breathe without a permit. Welcome to America, Land of a Million Prisons.

  • Nosey and you deserve it. Glad you were arrested!!!!

  • @ORTLIEBRC Frivolous arrests are part of the reason cities are broke not to mention lawsuits. To be for wasting money is part of the reason America is in trouble. Best to be part of the solution and err on the Rights of Americans!

  • @ORTLIEBRC we will see if thats how u feel when your next of kin of u are sitting in jail for having rights stripped fuck those cops i will film them and hold them accountable as well

  • @ORTLIEBRC Fag

  • @Lseeber Good’s attorney got case dismissed In court today, the District Attorney’s office says based on a review of the evidence, there was no legal basis to go forward. The charge was withdrawn and the judge dismissed the case...A joint statement issued by Mayor Tom Richards, City Council President Lovely Warren and Rochester Police Chief James Sheppard says they support the decision of the District Attorney’s Office to dismiss the charges against Good.

I guess you were wrong like I said!

  • Police out hand, abuse of authority by a low life pig.

  • Video cameras are the pigs worst enemy.

  • Say what you want but the bottom line is what have amendments for a reason...So sick of hearing the "oh she obstructed". She has every right to stand there at a reasonable distance and film.

  • "§ 195.05 Obstructing governmental administration in the second degree. A person is guilty of obstructing governmental administration when [she] intentionally obstructs, impairs or perverts the administration of law or other governmental function or prevents or attempts to prevent a public servant from performing an official function... by means of...interference....Obstructing governmental administration is a class A misdemeanor."

  • @LightSpeed91 how is standing on your own property and holding a video camera obstructing governmental administration. This is a classic example of pig power trips!

  • Comment removed

  • "we dont feel safe with you standing behind us in your pajamas and with a video camera. [you might rape us from behind]"

  • Does anyone knows what happened to that corrupt power abusing, probably marijuana smoking pig? Sometimes i wish i was the president of U.S cause Obama is too busy preparing speeches rather than looking into justice which is the base of every balanced society.

  • I thought the cop was pretty polite about it. They're just trying to do a job woman, protecting YOU! Stop trying to be a smartass and then crying when it goes wrong

  • @jkb19893 Worthless

  • Let the white cops shake down Negroes without any cameras.

It's an important part of their Klan activities. Don't you know that Emily?

  • Another leftist cop hating douchebag with too much free time on her hands. If the media would just ignore them they would dry up and blow away like the dog shit they are.

  • @Dudar228 who are you?

  • she should be arrested for being a stupid bitch rednech. listen to the cope cuz they win every time. redneck

  • @BoomBoomProductions1 they win every time???

you do know they dropped the charges and that she is filing a counter-suit right??

  • @DeeZStankYNutZ yes if they feel like arresting u aint a danm thing u can do about it, and thats great but i never said anything about her or what happens after u are arrested. all im saying is if u piss of a cop he will arrest u and thats that

  • @BoomBoomProductions1 except that's not what you said at first. you said they win every time, and that clearly isn't true as the charges were dropped and the police department issued an apology admitting that the arrest was unlawful

the fact that a cop may or may not have the power to arrest you is a seperate point from your claim that they win every time, care to move the goal posts back a little bit more?

  • @DeeZStankYNutZ i think u take things out of context. i do appreciate the convo for i like to see both sides of view. tho what i mean is the on duty officer can and will arrest if he feels it is necessary. lawfull or unlawful. by that i mean the cop and only the cop. not the department

  • @BoomBoomProductions1 if your point was that an officer can arrest someone then your claim that they "win every time" was a poor way to express it, ofcourse a cop can arrest you, I think you meant that they win every time exactly the way it sounds, then you realized the charges were dropped, dispelling your "win every time" claim, and backtracked, or as I call it moving the goal posts back, you changed the meaning of what you originally said to fit your new claim, that's called dishonesty

  • @DeeZStankYNutZ maybe instead of being dishonest and changing the meaning of your original claim to fit your new claim you should just be an adult and admit that when you said, "they win every time," that it simply is not true as this video and countless others prove you wrong

if your claim is that a cop can arrest you, fine, but that's obvious and it adds nothing to the conversation, ofcourse they can arrest you, but if your claim is that the cops "win every time," then you are clearly wrong

  • One second worth of a distraction can be fatal for a police officer, especially one caught off guard. I think that had the police officer explained this then perhaps this could have been avoided, however clear instructions were given.

  • Your civil rights never got violated. How do you think the video was still taping after you were handcuffed idiot? You were arrested for NOT stepping back from a possible volitale situation you stupid moron.

  • Fantastic job Officer. Done by the law books. Keep up the good work.

  • @fmlovesep done by the law books?

then why was the case dropped? why didn't they pursue the charges that she was arrested for? seems to me like they dropped the charges because they knew this was a bullshit arrest...

  • The Officer did a fantastic job! I feel safe that these officers protect us from low lifes like you. I sleep well knowing that. So Emily and your terrorist group, you need to stop living on the government dole. Stop trying to get free money by your so called "activism". America sees right through you and does not have respect for anything that you are doing on the behalf of them.

  • Lady you need to get a job! You and you so called father and activist group make me sick. America is made up of people who contribute like having jobs and paying taxes. You my dear are a the lowest form of life that expects to change America by your bullying and hateful tactics. You and your group are being laughed at. No one has respect for you except your members. Get a job, pay taxes, be productive and maybe we won't be so disgused by you and your group.

  • stupid woman.

  • Simon Glik v. City of Boston (PDF link) establish that police officers are violating Americans’ First Amendment rights when they prevent, prohibit, or confiscate cameras of vigilant citizens recording the police actions.

  • ca1.uscourts.gov/pdf.opinions/10-1764P-01A.pdf

  • @stevenabb she wouldn't go in front of a jury for that, just a judge lol

  • That arrest is going nowhere... I seriously doubt any jurry would by into the "threat for standing in my yard" argument. Complete waste of police resources... Anyone with a camera anywhere is " a threat "... Go pickup some lawsuit money lady :)

  • The officer clearly lied and should be disciplined. He obviously was not "afraid" of this little woman "standing behind" him. He was merely annoyed at being videotaped and used it as an excuse to deprive her of her lawful right as a citizen. This police abuse of power takes place with regularity. It's circular reasoning. It's against the law not to follow my orders even if my orders are against the law? Wrong.

  • lmao im clearly wearing nothing...my type of woman!

  • She was arrested because she was video taping, not because she was standing behind the pig.... America is coming to an end if we let these badges interpret the law to their liking.

  • @danielsp9 #10,000,000GunMarch

  • "To be safe police treat EVERYONE as a suspect. "

A "suspect" of what, exactly. Everyone or just everyone without a badge?

Seriously, spare us the platitudes, what this guy did was outrageous.

  • There are a bunch of blind people posting here. To be safe police treat EVERYONE as a suspect. And if you are to close to a police officer they can and will tell you to step back. No matter where you are or what you look like. And fyi, nothing happened to this officer because he was within his rights to order this woman back.

  • Comment removed

  • we have an update on this?

  • Without further evidence, I see nothing wrong with this officers actions in trying to keep himself and his partners safe.

  • @beachmedic you don't get to ignore everyone else's rights and clear the block and send everyone inside because you don't feel safe, she wasn't obstructing in the slightest, if the officer doesn't feel safe with people standing in their yard and silently watching he needs to find a new job, he didn't like her filming so he made an unlawful order and when she didn't follow it he arrested her, but it's ok because her BS charges were dropped and now she is appropriately filing suit against them

  • @beachmedic

Aside from the fact that she was on her own property, right?

  • Fuck the police, no justice no peace, they got you laying face down in the middle of the street.

  • Bunch of Bullies The Are!!!! D:<

  • Now this Cop is a piece of shit pig! If he doesn't feel comfortable about a passive woman on HER OWN front yard filming the scene, then he should quit. This pussy couldn't endure one day as a soldier in Afghanistan if that makes him feel uncomfortable. What a corrupted prick.

  • Honestly, just go the hell inside. i understand that the arrest was unlawful, but why the hell does everyone have to make a conflict out of it? Just go inside, film from the freaking window for all i care, but if people just start listening to eachother, and stop trying to be all rough and tough, we wont have so many problems. Im not saying what that cop did was right, but these guys are always there for people when they need them, i just hope you dont experience an event where you do need them.

  • I'm glad I don't have a job where I have to fend off photographers--

  • If she had just walked outside her house to watch these clown cops without filming do you think they would have arrested her? I doubt it. It had everything to do with being filmed.

Pigs, if you pulled a suspect over in front of a random house and a person in that home came outside to watch and film the incident from their yard, why would you consider this person a threat?

Every time a pig dies an angel gets it's wings.

  • @xxa455x, she did take steps back, and the charges were dropped by the D.A. because they were frivolous. Just because he asked nicely doesn't mean what he did was legal or anywhere near legal. And the traffic stop wasnt going to become violent, the man was cuffed for christs sake! This is a power trip, plain and simple

  • Clearly that cop is drunk on power, she should sue him, the police department and the city of rochester for unlawful arrest. Oh, and the guy who got pulled over was clearly a dangerous individual, or did they cuff him because of his skin color? He didn't do anything to be cuffed, he was let go after the stop! I have friends who are cops and I know they would be appalled at this type of behavior!

  • @Marligirl83 the men in the car were not cuffed b/c of skin color they were known gang members this has since been confirmed by the democrat and chronicle please do more research dont just look at one side of the story and like I said before this part of the 19th ward is not the best area in the city

  • the woman is an idiot

  • Only a complete brainwashed tool would defend these cops arresting this woman.

  • @MyNinja79 how so is this b/c you dont like my opinon?

  • @xxa455xx Obviously I don't agree with your opinion. What was your first clue? By your logic you should do whatever a cop says as long as he asks kindly and respectfully, just to avoid further trouble. What about your constitutional rights?

Police don't like people filming them because often times they make mistakes, or just violate your rights and when this comes to light people charged with crimes get off. That's just tough shit for the cop. The end does not justify the means.

  • @MyNinja79 dont be flippant with me... I'm not saying that you shoud do whatever a cop says far from it but if the request is resonable there is no reason why someone shouldnt comply and btw she was not arrested for filming but for obstruction

  • That police officer doesn't seem very threatened by the woman. The only intimidating person was himself. The "I don't feel safe" comment was ridiculous. The public shouldn't feel safe from police harrassment. The officer completely spit on our Constitution by violating this women's rights. This country is no longer free. The founding fathers fought a war against this kind of tyranny.

  • @MrSpeakingrock for some reason you seem to think that the PO's comment about not feeling safe is ridiculous this is not the case it is important to keep in mind that a traffic stop has the potential to become very dangerous also I'm not sure how familiar you are with Rochester and the 19th ward but its also important to remember that the area where Ms. Good lives is a fringe area at best where drugs and gangs are a reality I think safety is a very legitimate concern

  • Wow, this reminds me of a time when the police accused me and some friends of gang formation. We were on our way to a party.

  • Another sad part is, if she were black, she would've been TASERED and beaten in addition to being arrested.

  • @gladitsnotme thats absoulty right and Im white

  • Being a cop MAY give you authority. But when you use it to your advantage and get a big head about it like you're a big shot..it turns out to be bullshit. This is why I have such a bad feeling about cops..you really can't trust them.

  • @theboss4996 yep typical COP mindset you've got there officer, listen to me or ill handcuff you! WAHHH i have a badge so you better listen to me or else! dude you are the kind of cop that has assisted in the failing faith in our justice system the american people have. the requirements to be a cop are few now your on youtube arguing with somebody who noticed a fault by a cock lipped cop fuck off, you should think about trading your curly tail back in to the academy where you left your dick.

  • @GayIsAnime theboss4996 closed his account LOL

  • @theboss4996 spoken like true cop. do what i say or i'll arrest you wahhhhhhh! I have a badge so i get to tell you what to do now, i lost my dick at the academy but i got this cute curly tail!

Dude you are the kind of cop that holds this "I have authority" mindset with everything you do even commenting on youtube videos. don't you have something better to do? some kind of fun to go destroy? your not going to win me or any other person who realizes how corrupt this justice system has b

  • xxa455xx if she legally owns that property the cop is not allowed to interfer with her if she didn't break any laws which she did not

  • @AlexFouler its against the law to interfere with the police this is why she was kindly asked to step back and then charged with obstructing governmental administration when she failed to do so

  • I Just I don't understand hahahaha are u fucking stupid hahahahahah I don't understand your nieghborhood is a piece of shit haha I don't understand

  • The 71 dislikes (and any more as time goes on) are all Cops...

  • OH MY GOSH.

i hate people these days, poor lady :/

  • You shouldn't need to offer any kind of reason or explaination for why you are filming a police officer.

That piece of shit cop in this video should not be on any police force.

  • Nice to see police be respectful lawful enforcers- Oh wait. They're aren't. Fuck them.

  • This happened to me. Check out my page.

  • GO TO YOUTUBE CHANNEL: DAVYVTV TO SEE ROCHESTER NY COPS CAUGHT ON CAMERA INTIMIDATING SUPPORTERS OF THIS WOMAN! MUST SEE!

  • maybe they were saying it was unsafe for hER , cuz somehting could happen to her on her grass and it would be their fualt , K STILL LAME : THATS NOT THE WAY TO SAY THAT , this is the same level of bich ass atrociusness as Robert Juganksi gettign tazered at YVR .

  • Is it illegal for her to record the police? if it's not, then she didn't break the law. That's it. She didn't deserve to go to jail. It doesn't matter how the police felt being recorded. The law is the law.

  • There have been many complaints lately about the Rochester Police force abusing citizen rights. I have been a victim of this myself, and I'm glad that someone finally recorded this to get it out in the open. I hope Rochestarians can see some changes sometime soon.

  • The police are no longer respecting the public, but are corrupt and illegal in their brutal actions against the lawful citizenry.

We are in an unstated Police State that is now willing to encroach upon our Constitutional Rights. If this does not stop, they will eventually instigate a popular uprising by the Public. We are in very dangerous times.

  • MORE CORRUPTION WITH THE ROCHESTER POLICE DEPARTMENT! WHEN AN OWNER OF TWO PUG DOGS LEARNED THAT ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICERS HAD PICKED UP HER DOGS, SHE WENT TO THE POUND TO GET THEM, THERE SHE LEARNED HER PETS ARRIVED AT THE POUND DEAD. CHIEF SHEPPARD SAYS THAT OFFICERS LEFT DOGS IN TRUCK, KNOWING THAT THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS NOT WORKING ON A 94 DEGREE DAY! DOGS WERE LEFT IN THE TRUCK WITH NO A/C FOR 70 MINUTES!

  • The American police force are nothing but power hungry mongrels.

  • That was stupid... The cop was. >:(

  • I'm getting tired of people thinking they can do whatever they want. Why did she think this was a good idea? and why didn't she follow the officers orders? If I was the officer I wouldn't feel safe either with someone standing behind that close. You never know what people will do. What if the camera was just a ruse? What if this person was planning on shooting the police? It's possible. She should understand that and be a decent person and stop arguing. It was obvious she wanted to play a game.

  • @flexor212000 you must be confused about what being a police offer entails and what constitutional rights are, if a cop doesn't feel safe arresting someone because another human is around who happens to be on private property that isn't involved in any investigation, then that cop doesn't understand what his job is and should find another job, this woman posed no threat to them unless filming is a threat, that's why the charges filed against her have been dropped, and the officer should be fired

  • @DeeZStankYNutZ Lets get to the root of it. Why was she filming? Was she suspecting police brutality? We missed the "pre filming" comment the cop talked about. He said she displayed a bad attitude towards the police. So yea.. She could be "just filming". She also could be filming and relaying a message to someone who wants to kill them (expressing vulnerabilities, distracting the officers). If she just said "ok i'm sorry. I was filming for this reason" and went inside it would be the end of it.

  • @flexor212000 You said, "If she just said "ok i'm sorry. I was filming for this reason" and went inside it would be the end of it. "

Well, had the blacks just kept their mouths shut about slavery, that would have been the end off all this "all races are equal" stuff. That's not how it works when someone is unjustly violating your civil rights. I think you meant to say, "had the officer just done his job and not started violating taxpaying citizens' rights, that would have been the end of it."

  • @DeeZStankYNutZ your comparison is ridiculous she was not unjustly deined her rights the officer kindly and very respectfully asked her to step back Ms. Good could have resolved this if she showed more respect to the PO and continued filming from her porch/house or just took a few more steps back to show that she was cooperative and and willing to work with him instead she escalated the situation

  • @xxa455xx I love how once again you see someone exercising their rights and because they didn't follow an unlawful order they are the problem lol. I would argue that the cop who unjustly arrested this woman and violated her 1st amendment rights is the one that escalated it and created a problem when there wasn't one. If the cop doesn't feel safe with onlookers he needs to find a new job, you don't get to clear the block and send everyone inside so you can write a ticket.

  • @DeeZStankYNutZ the order was quite lawfull and the car was not pulled over to write a ticket this was far more serious then that

  • @xxa455xx no it wasn't a lawful order as she doesn't have to be inside of her house, she is free to stand in her yard all day long, and wtf are you talking about when you say "far more serious than that," they let the guy they pulled over go....

you should do some research sir

  • @DeeZStankYNutZ just b/c they were let go does not mean that they were innocent bystander wrongfully caught up in a police pull over it only means that at this particular time no drugs or weapons were found your just makeing assumptions...in your post above you seemed to think that they were pulled over for speeding or some other small infraction this was not the case they were known gang members

  • @xxa455xx She was on private property and wasn't obstructing the investigation in any way. It is completely legal to stand in your front yard and videotape the police as they execute a traffic stop no matter how much they wish they had more privacy as your constitutional rights easily trump a cop's unlawful orders, and that is exactly why the charges against her have been dropped. Hopefully she files suit against them to remind them that we have rights not to be infringed by some bully gestapo.

  • @DeeZStankYNutZ thank you cause really thats all they bring up if they feel there not getting treated right

  • @flexor212000 and I understand your point about the setup for an attack thing, but in America you have to have some kind of evidence to think i'm about to attack or arrange an attack before you get to violate my civil rights, and saying, "fuck the police," doesn't count as we also have the 1st amendment, you really should stop trying to defend the cop, he had no authority to arrest her or tell her to go inside as she wasn't obstructing his investigation, that's why the charges were dropped

  • @flexor212000 and I also can understand how a cop might feel intimidated arresting someone with a bunch of people around, but that's just too fucking bad ESPECIALLY when the onlookers are on their own private property, like I said earlier if you can't arrest people with onlookers then you can't do the job, you don't get to grant yourself unconstitutional authority because you wish there wasn't anybody watching you, if you don't feel safe, don't do the job, it comes with some risks...

  • @flexor212000 you dont understand.....she just was curious of wat was happening and wanted to film it and the officer arrested her just for filming wat they were doing.in fact i THINK they have cameras in the streets i think.and why would he get upset if she was filming the????unless he might be hiding something

  • Wrong wrong if a police officer. Tell you to jump. Off a cliff. Do you do it. She was no treat. To them thay should. Just did what thay are trained. To do their jobs once the man was put in the car one them just could have kept I eye on her her video. Could have became. A training. Video how to do a stop instead. Of how to be a ass hole and make more work for yourself

  • geeze what a dick.

  • Bottom line is the constitution is a mere shell of what it once was. If you think this is an isolated incident your mistaken. Police violate citizens rights every day, and many of them could care less about doing so. This citizen had every legal right to be where she was and video taping this incident. She was committing no crime. The cop had no right to order inside her home, he could suggest it, but he can't order it.

  • This woman is stupid "I did nothing!" The cop asked you to go away and or put down the camera and she didnt! The cops could have given her a fair warning saying, "If you do this again we will have to arrest you"

  • @DrCranberry

Umm no, she's on her own property and theres no law against filming. The cop is clearly in the wrong.

  • pussy police should turn off his light if hes innocent
