Thanks...I did 5x5 then 3x3 and 2x2. I don't know the name but I'll find out. Whatever I was doing say like 315 for 5 sets of 5 reps I would then lower the weight 20lbs and do pause reps. I think it help getting comfortable with pause reps.

i have done 5x5 before ive done stronglifts and bill starr program
but right now im using 5/3/1 because it gives me more balance in my training.
got my main lifts squat,dead bench and milatary press plus assistance work to keep me fresh :)
