I recently bought an 8$ digital RCA dictaphone on ebay from asia and have it taped to the back of the phone handset. it can pick up what I say and the speaker sound through the back so it's a couple of clicks and it runs. quick enough to start it before picking up even. it's a cheap solution that works well. you can call again. maybe they forgot they are not supposed to sell it to you

Listen, I am a believer in extra-terrestrials, but I don't believe that humans are keeping any technology from the public for a couple of reasons. First, I agree with you about the weapons that can destroy the entire planet. Nuclear fusion only produces about 2% energy with the combined mass. However, anti-matter can produce 100% energy with combined mass. The smallest anti-matter weapon would be able to destroy this planet.
My couple of reasons for not believing humans are keeping the technology from the public are:
1) If any government had this technology, the world would be in their hands. (assuming they could control the technology)
2) Any extra-terrestrial that has the ability to visit another world wouldn't be stupid enough to just let their technology be taken (Think the army and what they do to their tech when it falls behind enemy lines, they destroy it)

Presidents don't have the highest security clearance from what I've read/heard. I think most classified information needs to be declassified. The answers are in there.

hehe I quite understand. I recently bought an 8$ digital RCA dictaphone on ebay from asia and have it taped to the back of the phone handset. it can pick up what I say and the speaker sound through the back so it's a couple of clicks and it runs. quick enough to start it before picking up even. it's a cheap solution that works well. you can call again. maybe they forgot they are not supposed to sell it to you

When phoned history channel to purchase tape they said we can not sell it anymore cuz a court order was placed against it's sale. Listen, I am a believer in extra-terrestrials, but I don't believe that humans are keeping any technology from the public for a couple of reasons. First, I agree with you about the weapons that can destroy the entire planet. Nuclear fusion only produces about 2% energy with the combined mass. However, anti-matter can produce 100% energy with combined mass. The smallest anti-matter weapon would be able to destroy this planet.

My couple of reasons for not believing humans are keeping the technology from the public are:
1) If any government had this technology, the world would be in their hands. (assuming they could control the technology)
2) Any extra-terrestrial that has the ability to visit another world wouldn't be stupid enough to just let their technology be taken (Think the army and what they do to their tech when it falls behind enemy lines, they destroy it)

Agreed, but we are talking about theoretical technologies. I was speaking on behalf of a civilization who knows how to extract anti-matter more efficiently. Humans have the ability to do so now (and have done so, and continue to do so) but not effectively. If it were more efficient and effective, anti-matter is more common than hydrogen. Why do you think Clinton decided to comment on the issue like that? This video reminds me of how he handled the whole apology for slavery issue. The Black community have been trying to get Presidents to apologize officially for decades. Clinton then went to Ghana and expressed regret, in a very public venue like this. Notice he said The Airforce didn't tell him about finding alien bodies. That doesn't mean he wasn't told by the Army or CIA. That's how politicians talk. It's called plausible deniability. I've known this man for about a year. He's become like a father to me. He recently had a heart attack and is in the hospital. He briefed Clinton and Gore over the phone about UFOs. Why are people able to be convicted in the court of law based on circumstantial evidence. In a civil case, a person can win a judgement based on the Preponderance of evidence. Like OJ Simpson. It would seem to me that the THOUSANDS of photo's, video's, eyewitness testimony, alien abduction stories, crop circles, books, de-classified government documents, & airline pilot accounts would constitute a preponderance of circumstantial evidence that would hold up in a court of law.

Who said that they want to stop us? There are scientist that claim to have worked on Spacecraft provided to us by the Aliens. Watch the Boyd Bushman videos on YouTube and pay attention to the quotes by Ben Rich Of Lockheed Martin. If Boyd Bushman doesn't convince you that Aliens are real nothing will. Also checkout the Bob Lazar videos on YouTube. Boyd Bushman mentions him in the interviews. Boyd is so nonchalant about there being Aliens that he isn't even much concerned about the questions anymore. He's much more interested in perfecting the Technology they used to get here. Lazar tells in great detail how he was apart of the Black Projects that are responsible for reverse engineeering the Alien technology.

which means that people (or aliens) are likely to develop the same tech within a similar time frame without physical contact (due to probability and population growth being non-linear) for a real world example, steel was developed independently in asia and europe. To me it seems plausible that nearby races will evolve into having "warp drive" within about a 500 year time span of each other. Technology also has the nasty habit of spreading.

We don't really know what B clinton knows today . Could he of been sworn to secrecy and then advised on the issue with the data, and as a result not confirm the truth now? I believe he was shut out though.

What closed minded is the way you perceive what I wrote! I said "there are no Aliens or UFOS visiting Earth"...key words visiting Earth! To think that out of as many as 200 billion or more galaxies in the observable universe there would not be some sort of life, whether it's a one celled organism or intelligent life, would be down right stupid!

I'm not 100% certain, but blogspot is huge and I don't think they'd allow impersonation of a former President (impersonation would seem like a secret service problem too). I've read a few posts of his and they seem like something he'd say. Is it so hard to believe a former President uses blogspot? If you can edit the details of this video be sure to put that link under the "About This Video" section.

Presidents don't have the highest security clearance from what I've read/heard. I think most classified information needs to be declassified. The answers are in there.

My dad has been in the military for awhile and he told me specifically that there are different levels of Top Secret, its not just Top Secret being one level of it but multiple levels are top secret each with various authorization.
