1. start in 2nd

2. drop to 1st quick from 30 roll max speed in 1st if 40mph

The clutch should engage nicely as the prelude is in its FULL powerband at that speed.

And by theway Preludes accelerated from 0-60 mph in 8.5 seconds with SportShift, and a swifter-yet 7.6 seconds with the 5-speed manual gearbox in an SH.A scion tc 2007 accelerates from 0-60 mph in 7.2 5-speed manual, and 8.3 seconds with Automatic trans.plzz do ur research (stock)

it doesnt take any research to figure out that a stock 5th gen prelude can beat a stock tC any day of the week. maybe you need to do a little research yourself. btw a stock 5spd 5th gen prelude goes from 0 - 60 in 6.8 seconds, not 8.5.
