it really bothers me how many people are now just giving in to so much mediocre crap....this song has got nothing on the pixies version. The rule that 'the original is always better' definitely applies to this to this song.

@jGeZsAs i like how you put ;giving in' it's a tad funny. i'm almost positive you wouldn't be able to produce a sound nearly half as good as this. Yoav knows how to master a song. he mastered this cover, the point of a cover isn't to always sound identical to the original but make it as a new piece to enjoy. sometimes it sounds a bit different. and the 'rule' you're talking about was created by people that can't comprehend the fact that their favorite song will be remade.it's beautiful.

i duno why everyone says the acting and the story was good in this movie, lets be honest the acting and story sucked BIG time. however the soundtrack was great, and the girls were BEAUTIFUL btw. and some of the visuals and action scenes were kinda cool. however the movie wasn't good :/

You guys like this song better than the pixies version? it sounds ok, but it's so slow and I would guess that the people that heard this song have heard this first, and then the pixies version, because I mean come on... its the Fight Club closer!! @torretto06 Some people like the mood of the slower version. It's not the first time I've liked a more mellowed down version of a song (Placebo's Running Up That Hill cover, Johnny Cash Hurt) so it's just a matter of personal taste. There is a more tragic element to this version, like the person feels they genuinely want to know where there mind is. The other sounds more like the person is insane and kind of laughing it off. They're both good, and I credit the Pixies with the great lyrics.
