  • anyone who goes to that site is stupid. Exercising your abs only builds muscle. If you want them to show, its called cardio and eating less. Its not rocket science. You do not need to go to a pay site that will say do crunches. Crunches and situps don't burn fat. thats what cardio is for.

    1. Get your body fat below 10%

    2. Eat mostly lean meats and veggies

    3. Weightlift

    4. Then run for about 20 minutes

    5. Research and speak to a professional

  • Okay, I have one, I spent about 2 or 3 months weight training and bulking up with high protein foods. Now I bulked up a little too much and got careless here and there, I am now 6'2 about 215 ish and want to get down to about 175 180, but I have no clue about cardio. I have a treadmill, the kind you power with your own running, not motorized, and two 25 pound free weights. I don't use supplements, and i dont go to the gym. I just jog on treadmill, will that be enough if done daily?

  • @CambodianSpencer The thing is mate you can't burn fat from specific places, it will affect every part of your body. If it didn't why don't women get really fat and then lose the weight everywhere other than their chest and hips? And ye cycling is great for lean muscle, however swimming, intercourse and skipping are the most calorie consuming things you could do. :)

  • Generally when you try to lose weight...you should frequently, I aim for every 2 hours, and do cardio. Eat healthy choices, fruits and vegetables after running, with skim milk. wholesome stuff. Make sure you get vitamins and protein and fiber. Don't overdo it with exercise. Do like 10 sittings of food a day and Some cardio. You'll shed weight.
