Thank god. This man is useless in the post. Jamaica need to get over this foolish idea that our fellow jamaican cannot out perform our first world counterparts. If jamaica is getting help from abroad they should seek to get help with forensics or training officer....not to come sit down get millions and order Jamaican around. Why is it a huge loss to Jamaica? He hasn't performed, so why should he be offered a new contract? I get the impression the the MONS didn't have complete confidence in Shields' ability to tackle crime.
