I'll tell you my views: Republicans are the elite. The party exists to benefit the top 2%, but they're great at spin, making fun of people who are educated and don't work with their hands. It obscures that they are put in power by the kind of SPOILED RICH WHITE MEN you see in that trading pit. You have to understand the companies you mentioned were inflitrated by the FED during the crash. Did you see these guys(Thain, Lewis, Fuld) on captial hill begging? No. Berhnake and his buddies dumped money into these banks for leverage for pushing Obama's agendas, and to buy other banks. Hence, Obama has been on record as saying, "These banks have taken goverment money, so thus we can tell them what they have to do." Detroit Borrowed the money, but banks mysteriously NEEDED it.

The problem with most economic policies is that their true affects aren't seen for at least 5 years. The big issue I have with Obama's policies is that they're designed to make people "happy" now, with little regard for their affects years from now.

But evidently a lot of people aren't happy now! So think about five years from now. oy!
