  • I use dumbells for this exercise, so I can't twist and stuf like that. Right now I do vertical hold only. Does this matter?

  • Does it matter which brand of these you get? I've seen some cheaper "generic" brands available, and wonder if there is any real benefit to spending more on a more expensive brand.

  • THEN TAKE THE CORD I MENTIONED AND FIND A BAR STAIR BANISTER OR SOMETHING HIGH AND DO CABLE CROSSOVERS SUPERSETS. A SUPERSET IS A ONE LARGE SET FOR EXAMPLE 1 SET OF 60. THEN DO DIPS THIS WILL HIT YOUR TRICEPS AND LOWER CHEST. 4 SETS OF 15 TO 20 REPS. IF YOU DO THIS WORKOUT TWICE A WEEK YOU WILL SEE RESULTS LIKE NEVER BEFORE. YOUR GOOD NOW THIS I CAN SEE BUT, IF YOU DO THIS YOUR BODY WILL LOOK BETTER TRUST ME IF YOU SEEN ME YOU WOULD KNOW THAT THIS WORKS. YOUR CHEST WILL TELL YOU THE NEXT DAY.

  • TRY THIS ONE YOUNGBLOOD, PERFECT PUSHS IS GOOD BUT TO MAKE IT EVEN TOUGHER GET A DOUBLE BRAIDED RESISTANT CORD. DO AS MANY PERFECT PUSH UP AS YOU CAN FOR 4 TO 5 SETS THEN USE THE CORD THIS IS DESIGNED TO ADD RESISTANCE. WRAP CORD AROUND YOUR BACK AND DO 4 TO 5 SETS WITH CORDS 15 SEC REST IN BETWEEN SETS. THEN PUT YOUR FEET IN A CHAIR IN A PUSH UP STANCE THESE ARE CALLED ELEVATED FEET PUSH UPS IT HITS THE UPPER CHEST. 3 TO 4 SETS TO FAILURE USING PERFECT PUSH UPS.

  • one of the only infomercial fitness gimmick products thats legit. The pushup is a decent calisthenic and the twisting action of those handles is actually a good idea. You fatigue a lot faster then during a conventional pushup.

  • @jafsen8 You will start to see results in your reps after about a week, and it will take about a month for you to see actual results with your body that are noticeable. The key is to keep at it and do cardio/ running along with eating less. It's not easy but it's well worth it.

  • @jafsen8 To get any real results at all you'll need to train at least 3 times a week. Although if you want to see fast results you'll need to work out more regularly. The real key to changing your body shape and sculpting though is diet. Talk to a nutritionist about what you can change in your diet to reach the results you want.
